“Great Service, quality instrument, well packed. delivery was fast... ordered Saturday - delivered Tuesday morning. To top it all the Ukulele was £20-£25 cheaper than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Highly recommended.”

“Terrific company. Bought a new piano from here and even during the covid pandemic their service was just impeccable. Had a lovely long and detailed convo online with Amanda who took me through every step of replacing my ancient Yamaha CVP with a much newer and shinier Kawai. Terrific, practical advice and excellent professional delivery and installation by Tom on the day. Use these guys to buy your new instrument!”

“Bonners provided first class service. We ordered a Roland digital grand piano and are very pleased with the item and the service received. Before placing an order with Bonners, we tried 3 other companies (all of which are local to us) and none would entertain the order, claiming they would not deliver. Despite being over 4 hours away, Bonners fulfilled the order and we are forever thankful. As frontline NHS workers, the piano is a welcome distraction from the world of Covid-19.”

“We researched different companies extensively about our products. The only one that stood out was Bonners. Gregg was exceptional in every way. Every question no matter how busy was answered and kept us informed with every aspect from enquiry through to delivery and beyond. Well done Bonners and all their staff. “A n exceptional service; professional, but also very approachable. All the sales staff are musicians themselves, so really know what they are talking about, and can give detailed, expert guidance. I was also impressed with the way that they listened to my specific requirements and advised me appropriately. Endless patience when explaining and advising, a sense of humour, and deep knowledge of their subject. I can recommend unreservedly.”

“Brilliant customer service, they kept me up to date on when the piano was likely to be delivered (even when it was a while at one point). They managed to get the piano delivered on my husband's birthday though which made a wonderful surprise. The price for our Kawai piano was brilliant too! Would definitely recommend Bonners if you are looking for a piano.”

“Bought a guitar on line , excellent service ordered the guitar for me said it would be in 7-10 days came in with in 7 days ,sorted paperwork out over phone and got the guitar well on time . This is my first experience with Bonners ,and won’t be my last . Thanks”

“I can't fault the service at all. Item delivered on time, as promised, during the Covid outbreak. This is after I had a bad experience of using another supplier who took my money when their website said the item was in stock and then later said they couldn't deliver the item for a further three months. In contrast, Bonners went above and beyond and delivered as promised. Thanks! Can't recommend enough.”

“Tony’s YouTube reviews of keyboards is first rate and unbiased in my view with the additional recommendations that you try before you buy. Given the current Covid19 restrictions, visiting a store is not possible and relying on the videos I made my selection and bought my Korg yesterday. It was quite amazing service in that I placed my order at 3pm on 16 April and by 9.30 the following morning I was unpacking my Korg and 2 monitors. The service has been amazing, the reviews first rate and the follow up (I requested some advice afterwards) has been immediate. Thank you to Tony, Jacky and the team. Robertb”

“I purchased an mp11 se and other equipment and taken delivery yesterday im made up with it great instrument. from the first phone call of enquiry to bonners to delivery I made many phone calls of enquiry about my purchase and I must have spoken to all the team members there and each time I was given great information and most of all they would listen to me giving me time to understand what I was about to purchase.
