“I pre-ordered a Roland digital piano package, which had a long lead time. Responses to my enquiries were answered promptly and courteously, and when the order was in I was given detailed delivery information before despatch. In a rural area deliveries can be troublesome but I had every confidence and the delivery was made as expected, with a friendly helpful driver. No hesitation in recommending Bonners!”

“Purchased Yamaha P-145 Elite Package. Excellent response on Price Match which was very quick and efficient. Picked up package at Milton Keynes and found it would not fit in my vehicle. Staff incredibly helpful, removed packaging and carefully put items in my car. I can only say thank you to Amanda and Colleague for their excellent service. I would not hesitate to purchase my next instrument from Bonners.”

“Fantastic! I'm absolutely over the moon with my Squier Classic vibe fretless Jazz bass and the gig bag is a premium one. No-one could match the price that Bonners offered, not even my local well known Birmingham stores. It's always a gamble buying online, but, you get a brand new bass out of the WELL PACKED!!! box, and this one is a beauty! Well done Bonners Music. A1.”

“The Order was delivered on time. Clavinova CLP725B was assembled by very able and polite team and the instument works fine. As the Yamaha documentation may as well have been in Japanese I had to ring the support team to find out where the USB socket was. This was answered quickly. I wish I had thought to ask the enginneer to fit it for me when I found where the socket was. Being in our 70's and me in a wheelchair we had to engage one of our neighbours to complete the task. All I have to do now is learn to play the piano.”

“I was recommended Bonners by a colleague who has previously received excellent sales service and post sales support on previous purchases. We ordered a Nord Piano 5 which was couriered within a couple of working days. Everything went as smoothly as could be expected, clear comms and the option to track the shipment. All in all, a painfree experience.”

“I visited Bonners in Eastbourne as I was thinking of buying a Yamaha YPD 145. The showroom is excellent with many pianos on display. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained the comparisons with other models. Very helpful and polite and knows how to play the piano. A few days later I ordered one online. It arrived well packaged and within two days. I've yet to assemble it but the service by Bonners has been excellent. Thank you.”
