“I was very happy with the whole experience - initial contact with sales staff, negotiating a (very good) deal and part exchange rate, delivery and set up. Special thanks to Greg, and also the 2 guys (sorry don't know their names) who made the delivery. I would definitely use Bonners again. (And I love the Yamaha NU1!).”

“This is the first time I have bought from Bonners,I Part Exchanged my keyboard.They organised the Pickup of part/ex from my house while at the same time Delivering the New Keyboard.The experience from start to completion was smooth and quick, they gave me a good price for part/ex and organised everything quickly.Will definitely go back if I want to change in the future// Thanks Bonners.P.Addison”

“I bought a Gibson Les Paul 2015 Junior in November 2015 from Bonners. The staff were courteous and helpful when I was trying the instrument, even discussing which amplifier would be closest to the sound I would get out of my own kit, so as to realistically demonstrate the instrument. Upon purchase, the shop assistant put a few finishing touches to the set up and cleaned the guitar carefully. Overall I was very impressed with the excellent service. I will be back.”

“The arrangement of taking the old and 0% financing for the new equipment is excellent. The only problem is this: The price depreciates to quickly!!! A Korg Pa3x-Le that I bought a year ago for £2000.00 went down on price by 50% in just 1 Year. the other problem is the box to return it, no one saves that thus making a nightmare to return the old product.”
