“The TYROS 4 purchased is superb quality & equal to all my expectations,My only reservation is that I feel that it would have been better for me to have made the visit mid week & not on a Saturday,as the shop was very busy & I was only able to spend a short time with a demonstration,this was not"Gregs" fault. . Having not had a keyboard of this quality & size before it takes a while to start playing to its full potential,plus my age of 84 does not help either. However I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Ordered Yamaha P115B Custom Package on 29th February and arrived on 2nd March ! Driver was very helpful and brought boxes into our hallway for my wife as they were heavy items. Packaging was very good - no damaged items. Piano is now in use with our choir and our accompanist is very pleased with it. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Really like the piano. I have not yet explored all the "tech" functions and will contact you with any questions in due course. I was pleased to be told this is all part of the service, when I bought the instrument. Very satisfied with the demonstration and opportunity to try it out when I was considering purchase.”

“I had excellent service from the very beginning. The staff were really helpful and kept me fully informed of delivery dates. The delivery was well organised and went very smoothly which, living in west Cornwall, was no mean feat. I'm really glad that I chose Bonners for my lovely new piano and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I was made very welcome in the store on two occasions when I came to try out this and other pianos. There was no pressure to buy, just helpful, friendly advice. Once I had decided on my purchase I placed my order and delivery was within 24 hours. Delivery staff were professional and efficient. I like the realistic piano feel of the action on this piano as well as the sound. I play the instrument most days and have used it to prepare for piano exams.”

“My Yamaha P115 value package arrived promptly and is simply fabulous - the hammer action keyboard is everything I'd hoped for as a professional musician, and the bundle of adjustable X stand & stool, sustain & effects pedal, white headphones and padded KeyBag 48 represents astonishing value :-) Thank you Bonners!!”

“To anybody that has not used bonner music before , I can honestly tell you that it is a great company , the staff are helpful and will give you 100 per cent of their time , and it is great dealing with a company like that , it takes the hassle out of finding out what Instrument to buy , we bought a tyros 5 and ti is great.”

“I recently purchased a portable piano from Bonners and the service I received was perfect. I explained to the young man what my priorities were and he showed me the Yamaha piano which incorporated everything that I required. The piano was in stock and was brought to my car. The whole experience was totally professional and Bonners shop is always such a pleasure to browse in, their expertise is second to none. I will be visiting Bonners again very soon to choose some music books. Thank you Bonners”
