“A knowledgeable team gave some good advice on a good starter set as a present to someone with no knowledge of what the were looking for. The set purchased is ideal for my teenage son to get to grips with the art of guitar playing.”

“I can't fault Bonners. After being let down by another music instrument retailer I was very wary, but I placed my order and the item was delivered for free the next day as promised. It had been excellently packaged and arrived in perfect condition.”

“Product was faulty, however, the Bonners team were quick to respond quickly, sympathetically and professionally. I had to return TWO Korg Kronos (2) 73 key workstations due to faulty keys (sticking/rubbing against front metal panel). This was a most unusual and almost unique situation for a Korg Kronos and the chances of me receiving two faulty workstations delivered almost a month apart from Korg has never been heard of before. I have no idea how the situation was resolved between Bonners and Korg, however, I requested and received a full refund and I bought another Korg Kronos 2 from a well established retailer located in the Lanes, Brighton. That workstation was absolutely fine, no issues at all. I would shop at Bonners again, I was just very unlucky.”

“Visited store after researching on line. The staff were excellent in helping me to choose the right model piano. Delivery was quick and the delivery men assembled, checked and demonstrated the main features. I am very pleased with my Yamaha piano and would definitely recommend Bonners.”

“I was very happy with the whole experience - initial contact with sales staff, negotiating a (very good) deal and part exchange rate, delivery and set up. Special thanks to Greg, and also the 2 guys (sorry don't know their names) who made the delivery. I would definitely use Bonners again. (And I love the Yamaha NU1!).”
