“Extremely pleased with the service I recieved from Bonners sale staff and the delivery personell. It was excellent. The sales member was so attentive and wanted me to be sure that the Roland piano was right for me. I felt that I wasn't being pushed into buying something that wasn't right for me. I had to wait for 2 months for my piano as it was a special order and Roland were waiting for a delivery. It was well worth the wait. The delivery men were so polite and assembled the piano which was a great service. As for the Roland HP603. A truly amazing sound and great to play. I think that this digital piano sound is the closest that you can get to an acoustic piano. Very impressed. So happy”

“Bought the Kawai CA95 9 months ago from Bonners. I'm writing this review now because of the excellent service I received a few days ago. I reported a minor fault (sticky key) to Bonners. They reported the problem to Kawai and the technician (from Greenhill's) fixed the problem 3 days later, all under warranty. The sales process provided by Tony at Bonners was excellent, sending me detailed photographs of the pianos I was considering. Delivery was on time and setup of the piano was done very efficiently. Very happy with both the piano and the service.”

“THE DELIVERY WAS PROMPT AND THE ITEM AS DESCRIBED. THE POWER CABLE WAS FORGOTTEN IN THE MAIN PACKAGE BUT THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND SENT IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER ADVISING US THAT A CABLE FROM A KETTLE WOULD SUFFICE IN THE MEANTIME. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IS A LITTLE MORE PACKAGING SURROUNDING THE ITEM AS THE DELIVERY SERVICE HAD RIPPED THE BOX, WE THINK IN ORDER TO CARRY IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Excellent service. The piano came without a stool and Bonners made sure to find a suitable one despite Roland not having any to supply. The guys who delivered the piano also did a great job. I bought a digital piano from Bonners as it was a better deal than my local music store, and I'm glad I did as Tony was a pleasure do to business with, responding promptly to my emails and calling me back on the phone. The delivery was on time and I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“I dealt with Myke Edwards regarding the purchase of a Gibson SG. the heritage cherry was not in stock but Myke kept me informed and I purchased a fine guitar. I would definitely deal with Bonners again, fantastic service.”
