“Extremely efficient, competitively priced (unusual for Yamaha) and excellent delivery options. Very difficult to get a good deal in the UK on Clavinovas but this company was the best by a long way.”

“I found it all very simple to order my new piano HP506. I was offered the demonstration model as it was in immaculate condition and was the last one as the model was being replaced. The piano was delivered and set up for me. The service was prompt and faultless. Thank you Bonners, I love evry minute I get to play.”

“Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Always phoned back when they said they would, with the information promised. As for the Integra 7, it's a great piece of kit. However, it is worth noting that it no longer comes with the software it once did. The box still says that the software is enclosed, and I was fully expecting to be able to use the software, but it is not now included in the bundle. It might be worth pointing this out to potential buyers in future.”

“Knowledgeable, helpful, didn't rush or harass me into any purchase and gave me plenty of time to try all the instruments I wanted to. Would love a shop like this nearer to me as I'd spend loads of time there and no doubt money!”

“My experience with Bonner Music was excellent right from day one. The keyboard that I purchased is fantastic, although for me it's a slow process getting to grips with the Yamaha PSR-S970. Yes I'm playing some nice tunes, but obviously there is so much more to learn. Such a shame that the manual is not written in Janet & John language. It is aimed at the younger person with musical knowledge. However, I'm not complaining, I have been told by your staff at Bonners that all I need to do if I want help is to give you a ring. You could not be fairer than that. I have on three occasions recommended your company, and I shall do so in the future. I would like to thank the two or three assistants that I have been involved with at Bonners, and especially Ms. White who was patient with me throughout. Still hoping to visit Eastbourne when the weather becomes a bit stable. Thank you all Les Manning Priddy's Hard Gosport”

“We came to Bonners on a dreary sunday afternoon in November, the shop was busy. However I was acknowledged and asked if I needed help very quickly by Tom. He was freindly, knowledgable and efficient - at the time he was also fielding other questions and demands but I never felt ignored. Once the credit check was completed and other documentation I was then left to spend time using the music and trying out the piano. Meanwhile no one seemed to mind that my daughter played every drum in the place when clearly we had no intention of buying them! Overall a very positive experience. The piano was then delivered in a much quicker time scale than we expected. I was not at home but my husband reported that the guys that brought the piano were professional and efficient. The piano has brought nothing but pleasure! Thank you.”

“Bagged myself a pre-owned Clavia Nord Stage 2 from Bonners. Excellent price in the Black Friday sale so I snapped it up. Arrived just a few days later, all in good order and true to the clear and comprehensive description in the sale. The keyboard is marvellous; it'll take a while to get the hang of it but it is a thing of beauty. Overall excellent experience of Bonners, I'd recommend them. Chris Archer, Coventry UK”

“My dad bought me a flute from you the guy was very helpful letting me try both flutes and telling me the pros and cons of each flute I decided on the Yamaha 211 flute I am loving my flute and I am now taking my grade 1 on it”
