“I have been a customer of bonners for a considerable time now and every time I visit the store they are always very helpful. equally the same on the phone. very knowledgeable staff,always happy to assist and help you choose the right equipment. would not deal with them if I felt they were below what I expect.”

“Another good experience at Bonners today. I bought a preowned Korean made Takamine electro acoustic as a back up instrument. Although used, the frets were polished, the fingerboard and body were clean and it was well set up. The staff remember your name and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again.”

“The help in purchasing the piano was excellent. We have recently moved 0n the 25th July to a retirement apartment at Selsdon Surrey. The piano travelled well, and I have enjoyed playing, now that I can get to it, having got rid of boxes and packing.”

“It has been great to deal with Bonners Music. I purchased a Roland RP102 Contemporary Black Digital Piano With Stool & Headphones recently. Before making the purchase, I rang Bonners who gave me great and honest feedback about various pianos they had. I really appreciated this as I was able to make an informed choice - my daughter has started playing just over a year ago. The piano arrived within the timelines they mentioned and it was extremely well packed. Do follow the advice of assembling it with a second person as it is quite heavy and you would want to get it accurately positioned on the frame which is very easy to assemble. My daughter absolutely loves it. Thank you so much Bonners! I know I'll be coming to you for any future purchases.”

“Thanks for your very good service . I have enjoyed the playing of the PSR S975 which I purchased from yourselves and having had all the psr range , all the tyros and genos in the past , I think the psr range is more portable the fact they have there own speaker system. however I have already been in touch with your sales team regarding possible part ex my 975 with the new PSR SX 900 when it comes available. “Lovely people to deal with both online and on the telephone. I'm pleased with the guitar because 1. It was set u well by Bonners and 2. You would hardly know it was even secondhand - not a mark on it. She plays beautifully too. Thank you Bonners.”
