“I can't speak highly enough of the Bonners and their great customer service. I bought a Fender American Original 50s Tele from them at the start of the year having initially placed an order for a different guitar, there was no issue with changing my order, and they offer a set up of every guitar before shipping, which I think is worth buying from them everytime ! It arrived absolutely perfect out of the box and gigged with it that night and its been out with me every gig since ! I highly recommend you use Bonners for your next musical purchase !”

“Friendly, helpful, understanding people. Happy to spend time talking about what I wanted from a digital piano and suggesting ones I might try out. They did an impressive job of setting up the new store in Milton Keynes so that I was able to try out and buy a Roland HP704 at a good price, on only their second day open, delivered when I wanted, and set up by courteous and very tidy couriers. Can't fault them.”

“What an excellent company! I spent weeks trying to connect my yamaha keyboard to my ipad without success. 1 conversation with Tom @ Bonner Music & the problem was solved 😊. I didn't even have to buy anything more, he was still willing to tell me what I needed to do. From now on Bonner Music will be my 'go to' for all things musical. Thank you Tom for your truly excellent service, it is very much appreciated.”

“Great prices and service. Their Youtube review videos are high quality, and helped me choose which keyboard to select. I ordered a keyboard stand and stool at the same time as purchasing my keyboard, and everything arrived together, meaning no delay in setting up my equipment. Will definitely be using Bonner's again. Recommended!”

“On my first visit to Bonners newly opened Bletchley / Milton Keynes store (a short drive from home) I was given well informed product descriptions, practical demonstrations and time to test pianos on my own. The service was excellent and there was no pressure to buy. Now, on my new Yamaha CLP645 from Bonners, I am starting to recapture keyboard skills that have hibernated for fifty-five years.”

“I just bought the Korg PA700 from Bonners music. I received excellent customer service and my keyboard arrived really quickly! So far it looks great and I'm so happy with my purchase! “P/X ed 2 guitars for a new Fender. Fender turned up very promptly so I was able to pick up the following weekend. After playing it for a couple of days I noted a bit of fret buzz on one fret; phoned Bonners who said bring it in for inspection. On arrival, Simon checked the guitar and, after close examination, decided to dress the offending fret; result, problem solved. Simon was courteous throughout and couldn't have been more helpful; indeed, so much so that I walked out with a pedal, rack and power supply. Thank you !”

“I was looking around online for the Roland FP-30 bundle (piano, stand, pedals, stall, headset) and out of a dozen retailers to select from with varying prices, I finally selected Bonners Music after viewing their review videos and who offered a price match facility, although they only reduced a small amount, I opted to take the deal because of their professionalism, reputation, good reviews and the quality of the package bundle. Ordered via phone which was a very smooth process. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had some minor issues with delivery where an item was missing. So i contacted Bonners and the Couriers which were swiftly resolved. Bonners were quick to send replacements the following day. Overall, a very good service and helpful staff. Very satisfied with my purchase. Price were not the cheapest BUT the service outweighs this. Highly recommended.”

“We visited the bletchley bonners today and we had seen the man reviewing on the pianos and we got his autograph and the staff where lovely and there pianos are amazing and we bought a kawai cn39 and the staff where so kind and great full we are very happy with our service👍”

“I bought a Hiscox case from Bonners for my Godin 5th Avenue which is far superior to the fussy/too many straps and buckles “Tric” case it came with. Also purchased a Gretsch G5220 and Stagg hard case which is actually the best fit for the guitar. The usual excellence at Bonners and thanks this time to Dennis and all team members. You could still do with a good coffee machine though... highly recommended.”
