“I visited the Eastbourne store with my son to research electric guitar's for his Christmas gift. We were shopping at the lowest end of the price scale, however the the customer service delivered by Dave French and Rich Poole could not have been better. My son was allowed to play the guitar for more than half an hour without any pressure to buy. He had a query about 'fret buzz', which was taken seriously and the guitar was adjusted, meaning this issue was immediately solved. We left the store delighted with our purchase of an electric guitar, an amp, cable, stand and strap. The entire experience was a pleasure. I highly recommend anyone considering such a purchase to visit. I am so pleased that we did.”
