“I FOUND BONNERS MUSIC TO BE VERY HELPFULL WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE AND THE PIANO I HAD ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND WELL PACKAGED. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND”

“A very good experience from the first time I called, till I took the plunge and purchased the keyboard. The only issue was out of their hands... the courier's system was down so you couldn't get accurate updates on a delivery date or time. Ordered Thursday a.m. and arrived following Monday a.m. luckily I was in ! Otherwise I got a good price match and the delivery was free. Thank you to Tom and Emma. Dave B. Swansea”

“I bought the piano online - process was straightforward and not time consuming. The whole thing was dealt wirh very promptly. Delivery was good ,I was given the optuion to chnage the delivery time, and the piano arrives a s arrnaged the delivery chap was polite and ghelpful.”

“I chose Bonners to purchase a new Kawai CN-301 Digital Piano, Piano Stool and Kawai SH9 Headphones. I contacted Bonners in advance of the purchase to discuss shipping from the UK to the Isle of Man. Bonners were great to deal with and happy to use my suggested shipping company for onward delivery. I received my new products in great condition. Everything was well-packaged. The only hiccup was that there was a mixup with the headphones I ordered (due to different packages being offered). Bonners were really quick to resolve this and sent me the correct headphones a few days later. I'm really pleased with my purchase and how helpful Bonners was. Their email communication was super fast! I'd definitely use Bonners again in future. Thank you!”
