“I have now bought three guitars from Bonners. I visited the store a week ago; many thanks to Dan, who helped me over a couple of hours to try a few guitars out. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions and request for guitars to try (always from the top row, it seemed) in a friendly and polite way. The other staff I spoke with were also knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again for such great customer service - I will be back!”

“Fantastic service. As I was buying a used product, there was ample opportunity for something to go wrong - but Bonners were brilliant. Everything was as pictured and described, delivered exactly when expected, and packaged with due care and attention to its value. The whole process, including my post-sale query, was handled promptly and professionally by Emma. I've bought from other online retailers before, and they're generally fine. Stuff turns up in a sort-of-padded and grossly-oversized boxes where you feel a tad lucky it's still in one piece. Questions get accurate but low-effort replies . Sometimes it feels like that's just what the online retail experience is. But it doesn't need to be that way - Bonners are proof of that. I really can't recommend them enough, and they'll be the first place I look in the future.”

“I was initially skeptical when I came across the seller with their low prices on Reverb. For the benefit of the doubt, I bought a microphone. Honestly, I was not disappointed. The mic is super cheap but worked superbly for the price. So, I recommend without hesitation. Hopefully, all their products are as good.”
