“I recently upgraded from a Yamaha CLP 535 to a Kawai CA67 which I purchased recently from Bonners and out of all the dealings I have had with other piano retailers, Bonners have been the best by far! One of their strengths, in my personal experience, is their delivery service. As my apartment is situated on the second floor, other retailers have wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for delivery. With Bonners, however, not only were they able to deliver free of charge, they also arranged for my piano to be assembled too and at no extra cost. The sales staff aren’t pushy (thanks go out to Tom at Bonners Eastbourne) and to say they’re really helpful is an understatement. Thanks go out to the team @Bonners, you deserve all the success you’ve already accomplished and more. Thanks again.”

“Quality of instrument great and the guys delivering it did a great job and unpacking the piano and getting it all set up. Excellent price too! Only improvement could be delivery times for those outside of London ... the wait was 3 weeks even though it was in stock!”

“I watched a couple of Bonners keyboard comparison reviews on Youtube which were very informative and helped me decide which keyboard to buy. I telephoned Bonners to check that the product I wanted was available and obtain confirmation on the additional items included in the offer. The delivery was prompt and the items received were exactly as described on their website. The packaging offered good protection to the products sent. The Roland PF-90 performs beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase.”
