“I'm extremely happy with the piano and the service that I received from you. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that shortly after buying the piano you've reduced the price by £200. I'm not made of money and I don't make much money with my job so this was a very large purchase. The £200 reduction would've made a lot of difference to me.”

“members of staff were very reliable with their knowledge. you tube tutorials were excellent to help us compare differences between models. The package was perfect. My son has just completed grade 1 with only 9 points off distinction! Huge change from a £50 charity shop piano to this I know, but he loves the idea of head phones to help him concentrate. above all you delivered to the isle of shite!!!!! ye-ha! this made me so happy especially as this was wrapped up in the price unlike a competitor of yours not that far away when it comes to internet shopping, they were going to charge me a whopping £250 extra to get it here for ' piano specialist' to deliver!!!”

“Bonners Music, at the time of my purchase of the Katanya 100w, were the only supplier who could actually supply the Boss amp within a couple of days. All other suppliers that l contacted did not know exactly when the amp would be in stock. The Katayna arrived on the day arranged at my address and extremely well packaged and undamaged and in perfect working order.”
