“Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Good deal on piano, headphones and stool. Friendly delivery guys unpacked and assembled piano with great care and efficiency. Enjoying my digital piano very much after 40 years not playing, and being able to play with the headphones at night and when the TV is on. Thank you for helping me choose a smart looking digital piano which has the sound quality and the touch of an accoustic.”

“We’ve never bought a piano before, but between Amanda at Bonners and our piano teacher, we spent a pleasant couple of hours and the second hand Yamaha has been a perfect choice. It produces a lovely tone, even when inexpertly played. Would return if we ever needed another piano.”

“I must admit to a previous bad after-sales experience with this company some years back, but in view of their proximity decided to shop there again for a basic digital piano. On this occasion they were very helpful, and I ended up paying less than expected due to being able to buy a second-hand instrument which had recently come into stock, so all is forgiven!”

“Excellent service. We were buying a piano for my son and we had lots of help and advice. We never felt hurried or pressured and he was encouraged to play different pianos to find the one that was right for him. He did find that piano and has commented many times since how much he loves tell feel and sound of it and that he is glad he chose that one.”

“Part exchanged a PSR770 for a second hand Tyros 5-61 (with speakers) and am completely delighted. Got a fair trade in value for the PSR770 which was bought at Bonners just over 2 years ago. A couple of minor issues with the PSR770 had been quickly fixed by them and the second hand Tyros 5 has a year's warranty.”
