“Excellent online service -- I purchased a digital piano online over the holidays and was immediately contacted by Bonners on the first working day following the holidays to say when the piano would be delivered. The piano was delivered on time. There was no charge for the delivery and the piano was very competitively priced compared to other retailers. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners Music.”

“Really pleased with the follow-up service. I bought an expensive guitar online and received a courtesy phone call a couple of days later to tell me the process (e.g setting up the guitar) and time scale for delivery. It didn’t come on the day they said it would but it came the next day and I received an email from the courier with the day and time slot. The guitar was well packed and I’m thrilled with it.”

“Have bought two different pianos over the last 3/4 years at Bonners. Once by visiting the store near Reigate and the staff were very kind and let me take my time trying out various pianos. Probably spent 2h there before deciding and ordering which all went smooth and easy. 2nd time I just ordered a digital piano over the internet and was smooth and easy again with timely delivery. So can only speak well of Bonners based on my experience.”
