“I was very pleased to be able to try out a selection of digital pianos without any time pressure on 2 separate occasions. I received helpful input on both occasions from staff at Reigate. I also found the on-line reviews of the products extremely helpful. A couple of questions I rang in with were answered professionally and concisely and I received verbal and written thanks for my order. Delivery was as expected and I was kept informed of progress. I'm very pleased with my purchase and thank you to Booners for an excellent service and attention all round.l”

“After telephoning, seeking a replacement pedal for a Casio Privia keyboard and being given advice, I visited the Milton Keynes store. I was fortunate to meet Tim Hough, the store manager with whom I had spoken by telephone, who provided me with exemplary service followed by a very interesting conversation on pianos, the type and quality of wood used and the current manufacturing system and locations of which he has encyclopedic knowledge. My visit to the store was a delight as well providing me with what I required, which has resolved the problem I had; many thanks.”
