“Everything from the first point of contact to delivery was excellent. The delivery was fast and straightforward. The only comment I would give is that it would be great to offer customers the possibility for assembly at a charge, most of all when it comes to a piano! The pieces were quite heavy, needed 2 people really and it did take some time and thinking to put everything together.”

“when I made my order, I was aware that not all the items were in stock. Bonners did a good job keeping me informed. Once the order was ready they took care to arrange a delivery date that suited me. The equipment was all securely packaged and arrived in good working order.”

“Very happy with the Yamaha piano I received yesterday, and also with its delivery. It arrived promptly in perfect condition, delivered by the TNT driver with nothing but politeness and a willingness to help, and it now sits very happily in (what will be) my music room. Thanks to all involved.”

“I visited Bonners piano center in Milton Keynes. I received excellent service. Tim Hough was very helpful and went out of his way to help. The item I wanted, unfortunately; wasn't in stock. Tim arranged to have it delivered to me the very next day though. It made a nice change to go into a shop where the staff were genuinely interested and helpful. Thank you Tim will definitely be using you guys again!!!!!”
