“Only ordered recently so can't comment on delivery, but had to leave a review highlighting the excellent customer service of Jackie White. She dealt with me over email, initially giving a trade-in price that turned out not to be feasible, and then offering a successful price match after I found the same product for less on another website. Excellent all round!”

“I bought a PRS Angelus about a month ago. Myke Edwards served me over the phone, was extremely helpful, friendly and clearly cares about his customers. My new guitar plays and sounds delightful! So happy with the service I received! Even my cat was happy because he had a lovely huge box to play in haha! Cheers Myke!!”

“Bought a Yamaha CLP765 (digital) piano from Bonners just before Christmas - FANTASTIC service from the start. VERY helpful on the phone with my initial enquiries (Tony) and when it was delivered, Peter and Chris were so friendly and very quick and efficient in putting it together. The piano is the single best thing I've ever bought in my life! It's beautiful and of course the quality of the sound is amazing. I couldn't be happier with Bonners - thank you!”

“Boss pedal arrived quickly and works perfectly, although the 9v battery had already been connected and didn't last more than a couple sessions. However that's not a major issue.”

“I visited the MK showroom in August 2021 and took over a year of procrastination before deciding on my purchase. I wasn't hassled by Bonners at all, which was lovely. I would recommend Bonners to anyone looking for a new piano - whatever their preference. Highly knowledgeable, supportive and professional. Then, in October 2022, I made my purchase with delivery early December. The sales team were helpful, patient and professional. The delivery/instalation team were lovely - no messing around - got straight on with the job carefully, keeping me informed as to things I needed to know, made sure it was exactly where I wanted it, took all their rubbish for recycling and kindly moved my old piano out. Bonners = professional, caring, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.”

“Wanted to buy vouchers from the Eastbourne store (on Christmas Eve) so called and spoke with really helpful, polite staff who knew immediately that I actually needed to order online and print at home. “I purchased a kawai KD 120 piano from Bonners Music. Before I made the online order I rang to ask some questions about delivery dates. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient gave good advice. Once I made the purchase the delivery was made in good time and the piano itself is perfect.”
