“Sent me the wrong product after I waited in all day. I then had to wait in a second full day for the replacement as they were too cheap/lazy to organise a courier that was able to give a more specific time frame. For the collection of the incorrect product I was asked to print something for the box, I do not have a printer at home but was assured this wouldn't be an issue and that the courier should hold returns labels. You'd think at this point they might be embarrassed enough to use a courier that has a specified pick-up time... of course not, I'm expected to wait in for a 3rd full day.”

“Delivery was perfect, and came exactly on the day, and within the time stated. My Grandaughter is delighted with her Yamaha FP10, and is constantly playing it,in practice for her grade five. Great service,Thank You.”

“I’ll start by saying I’ve been using Bonners for years with excellent service. However, I recently ordered a used Korg Pa1000 arranger keyboard which, sadly, I never received as their courier (DX Express) lost it. This resulted in hours of my time wasted chasing and waiting for the keyboard to arrive plus false promises from the courier which concluded in the delivery of an exercise bike!! I cannot fault the support given by Emma from Bonners and I’ve now received a refund which is the mark of a good retailer. However, DX Express are terrible and this in my mind has tarnished the whole experience - hence my rating.”

“Very friendly lot and über-cool pricing. The Gibson Les Paul Special I wanted was too expensive in my area and I was more than happy when I found Bonner Music. The guitar came in immaculate condition and perfectly setup.”

“I ordered a piano, which turned out to be out of stock (an error on the website). Bonners contacted me immediately and provided me with options, including a full refund. I decided to stick with Bonners and wait for the piano to come into stock (potentially 2 months), and got a phone call a couple of weeks later to let me know some piano had come in, and I was first on the list. It arrived the next day! I was impressed with the customer service.”

“Fantastic service from Bonners. Visited their Surrey showroom three times. The staff were friendly and really helpful in helping me choose the right piano for me. Nice store to visit...easily accessible, plenty of parking and a huge range of pianos to test out. I had a much better experience at Bonners than other stores and had no hesitation making the purchase from them, espcially as they do price match.”
