“I had an issue with my new DP, but Bonners Music instantly responded to my issue and solved my issue perfectly. Their delivery team was friendly and handled my products with care. Although the traffic was bad during these few days due to snow, the team kept me update and I appreciated their efforts. Excellent service and comparative good price as well.”

“Having trawled the internet for a specific Fender amplifier without success, Bonners had it in stock for a great price with free delivery. The response from the sales team was informative and prompt and my new amp arrived on time with very little drama. All in all a great service, helpful staff and a good price. Well done Bonners and their delivery company.”

“Bought this much sought after guitar for my daughters Christmas. Bonners emailed once online order received and explained how the purchase would be handled from going through their shop for various checks etc. Then they would not send it out over a weekend as the guitar would potentially lie in a delivery warehouse for 3 days. Not good for guitars. Sent out Monday, received Wednesday. What a refreshing experience from real people with a real passion for what they do. This experience can only be given from real people, not hiding behind Web only sales. Thank you.”

“Having watched Bonners excellent videos on the keyboard I was interested in, I placed an order with them. I first contacted customer services with a query and the response was quick and helpful. Delivery was smooth and the two other items which are out of stock, I'm sure will arrive later on with no problem. I know I can contact Bonners if I have any issues. Highly recommended.”
