“Great service! I wanted to buy a Kawai CA49 digital piano, but was unsure on colour. The stock photos didnt seem to show the rosewood finish too clearly so late one evening i sent Bonners an email about this. First thing next morning I had an email with photos a staff member had taken of the rosewood piano in the store so I could get a better idea of the finish. Needless to say I ordered the piano and it was delivered on the specified day (and a big thanks to the TNT driver would kindly helped me get the huge box into my house!). Great service all round, and after a week of playing the Kawai CA49 I have to say it is an incredible instrument. Thanks again!”

“What an absolutely amazing Instrument the PX-S3100 is. It has 700 sounds, 200 rhythms and accompaniments. Add the Casio Music Space app and you have control over most functions with the ability to use a large tablet to improve the experience. Well done Casio!”

“It arrived in time. The packaging was superb. Even more impressive was the condition of workstation. Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about buying a pre-owned keyboard cuz I’ve never done it before. But honestly I’m beyond impressed with the overall quality of the keyboard itself from sound to functionality, it’s been an absolute beast so far. Although, in terms of aesthetics I was a bit sad cuz the keys were slightly yellowed but I assume it’s a result of age so I’m not too bothered by it. Nonetheless, superb job from product all the way to delivery - 10/10 would recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Bought an electric piano. I had a (non automated) courtesy email from a piano specialist after the order went through, confirming despatch process, courier, and when to expect it. A really good personal touch. Even if the email was automated, obviously Bonnets had put in sufficient effort to make it sound really personal, which is really appreciated. The price was also good, so overall a really good service compared with the average web shopping.”
