“So I dreamt of getting a new piano on a Saturday afternoon after having to sell my father's Kawai Grand when downsizing. I spoke to Greg that day and he gave me some great advice about what I needed. No problem that I was at the other end of the country. I ordered my piano that day and it arrived on Tuesday (3 Days!) with a great piano moving company. Can't be more happy with the service I received and I am super pleased with my lovely digital piano.”

“Bonners gave excellent customer service both pre and post sales. After the brilliant delivery of the piano and excellent non-pushy customer service in store, they sourced a specialised unit quickly with Kwai, and had it delivered within a few weeks just before COVID. The unit arrived immaculately despite a tight arrival! Afterwards the piano tuning had to be cancelled but they re-arranged without a quibble, and then when the headphones failed 6 months into ownership they replaced without an issue. First class service from a first class outfit. I'd be hard pushed to ask them to do anything better. A massive thanks to all the pre and post sales team at Reigate - GREAT JOB :)”

“Review: Dexibell H10 digital piano ordered online. Ordering process: Seamless and professional. Soon after clicking "buy" and nervously watching my hard earned cash disappear into the internet, I had a call back from the lovely Amanda at Bonners to acknowledge the order and arrange a delivery date. A huge sigh of relief and a much appreciated human element - thank you Amanda. Delivery: bang on time. I had a text from Bonners delivery specialists Chris/Rich with a 2 hour time window and they were bang in the middle. Cheers chaps! The Dexibell piano: Not much "digital" about it - it sounds so authentic! I'll simply copy from an email I sent to Amanda... "My old beloved Technics PX103 gave up 2 years ago and I've not played a note since. The H10 just keeps on giving. The realistic string resonances are astonishing. The pedal noises are sublime. The keyboard is really nice. I closed my eyes playing Moonlight Sonata on the "Italian Grand" and I could just as well have been playing a real Fazioli on the shores of Lake Lucerne. I'm bursting with superlatives! I've never played a grand, but now I am. I haven't smiled this much for a long time. The H10 is stonkingly impressive. I bought it for a piano yet the Violin is so lifelike I found myself trying to play Adagio for Strings. Over and over. I must get the original score. Dexibell is quite the Alfa Romeo of pianos - sleek and stylish with an engine that sounds fantastic" So yeah, I'm chuffed to bits. Finally, I must praise the youtube star "Hi I'm Tony from Bonners". Tony doesn't so much review the different piano brands, he simply "showcases", and it's right and proper a shop can show us consumers side-by-side brands without the "big names" getting shirty about it. I've watched many of Tonys videos. The fact that there is a lovable human face to what could be a "box shifting outfit" had me warming to Bonners over the last 12 months of window shopping. Dexibell too - a very open and transparent company with plenty of videos of their guys designing stuff, testing stuff, playing stuff. And the Dexibell platform is open too - they are constantly designing new sounds you can pop on a USB stick and chuck in the piano. Groundbreaking at this price point. So, where's the fortepiano with janissary pedals? :-)”

“I wanted to buy a new Fender Tone Master Twin Amp. I spoke with Myke Edwards in the guitar department. Nothing was too much trouble and the service that Myke gave me was outstanding. I now look forward to the end of the pandemic so I can get out and play again.”

“I am really glad that I chose to buy my new piano from Bonners. From my initial email enquiry, I was offered friendly and knowledgable advice. When I made my choice and placed the order, I was kept up to date with the progress and expected delivery date etc. The lady I dealt with, Amanda, was super helpful. She also organised my home delivery which went perfectly. I have found Bonners to be really professional and efficient - they know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend them.”

“First and foremost, the many online videos from Bonners are excellent! The initial instore service I received was similarly very good indeed. The sales and after sales process was less smooth, although the installers themselves were polite, fast and efficient. Prices extremely competitive. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully. The law is far more forgiving when it comes to online purchases than when it comes to buying instore! All said and done and most importantly, I have ended up with a piano that has far exceeded my expectations and which Bonners to their credit managed to turn around in 14 days from order.”

“I bought a pre owned Gretsch Country Gentleman over the weekend from Bonners and it is probably the finest “used” guitar I have ever bought. Faultless service and attention from the team as usual. Their website states that guitars are cleaned and set up with new strings - this is true because I removed the pickguard and the guitar had been cleaned and set up properly... I’ll be back !”

“Just taken delivery of a Kawai CA99 digital piano package from Bonners. Great price, fantastic instrument and fabulous customer service - ordered on line (unfortunately I live too far from any of their stores to visit them) and got a call from them a couple of hours later to explain the delivery process and likely timeline. In fact the piano arrived a week earlier than expected (delivered by proper piano movers who offered to unpack/set up/take away packaging for me) and the stool/headphones, while shipped separately, arrived via TNT on the same day. The piano is, needless to say, amazing and the whole process was incredibly easy. Unfortunately I can’t get the ‘customer service’ rating question to respond to my inputs but would have given 5 stars had I been able to. 100% recommended.”

“I’ve spent a lot of time as a ‘slow’ customer before/without buying and have always felt welcome and never pressured from helpful and knowledgeable staff. As a result, In the last few years, I’ve bought a Gibson Les Paul, a Fender Strat, a number of pedals and music lessons for my kids. Always 100% top notch. Premium store with a local feel. “I saw a PRS Custom SE on Bonners' website. Having called them to check it was ok to visit the shop, the welcome I received was fantastic. The guitar itself was beautiful and I had all the time I wanted to make up my mind. Simon and Dan were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When it came to pay, due to an error on my part the finance application was declined. However, the Finance Manager took the time to personally telephone the provider (spending some time on hold) and sorted the issue out. The service I received was fantastic, particularly as I didn't exactly shower myself in glory when I was told I had initially been declined for finance. The team at Bonners' were outstanding, even when dealing with someone as awkward as me, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an instrument. They are good people and deserve your business.”

“I have had my Genos from Bonners for over a month now. I am so greatfull to a company that give the best service and advise possible. The keyboard is a fantastic bit of kit which I can’t stop playing. It is well thought out in its layout of controls and Yamaha has used its technology to the full in producing a keyboard that surpasses all previous keyboards. I would recommend the Genos to anyone either basic or well versed in playing. You will have so much fun. Thank you Bonners for a great service and a great keyboard.”

“Ordered a Yamaha Montage6 Limited Edition at a price far better than anyone else was selling at. Great service and the keyboard arrived next day. Tony advised that they keyboard action would be better than on my current MODX keyboard and he was 100% correct. The Montage is a wonderful synth (in my opinion!!)”
