“I recently purchased a piano from Bonners at the Eastbourne branch. The service I received from browsing in the shop, ordering and delivery was second to none. A seamless, faultless purchase. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had dealings with all the branches of Bonners for various reasons and each made the transition from purchase to delivery easy. The delivery team were also professional and friendly and wasted no time in setting up my new piano, having had the task of carrying this heavy instrument upstairs. I would highly recommend Bonners Music. Thank you.”

“Bonners music were fantastic could not be happier. Pleased with the way everything was dealt with. My only gripe is that TNT the delivery company were disgraceful. They cant read, the dont have a complaints line. The refuse to accept any liable fault. 5 days after waiting in and geting arranged dates and approximate times they eventually turned up again. Bonners music fantastic TNT shocking”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Tony, Greg and the Bonners team at the Eastbourne store for arranging for me to visit the store to record the preset settings on a Hammond SK1 keyboard which, I think, was the one I part exchanged with them for a Hammond SKX keyboard. These were long and intense sessions for me covering two visits and totalling 10 hours altogether, and were necessary because I discovered that the Hammond SKX keyboard has completely different presets to the Hammond SK1. It was not possible to download the SK1 presets from Hammond themselves as the two keyboards, despite being from the same ‘family’ of Hammonds, have different internal architectures. As a result I can now re-create my favourite SK1 presets on the SKX including Purple (Jon Lord sound), The Gnome (Keith Emerson sound), Light Fire (The Doors sound), and many others. The presets I have configured on the SKX so far seem identical to those on the SK1 so I am really pleased with the outcome. One unexpected result of having spent so many hours in the Eastbourne store was that I was treated to a masterclass in customer support and service, both direct and via telephone, by Greg, Tom and the other front desk folks. This included giving technical advice on piano, keyboard and guitar products, helping customers choose a suitable product, and arranging and updating customers on deliveries. Having bought a number of keyboards and accessories from Bonners Eastbourne it was clear to me why they are so highly rated by myself and customers. I am intending to give the completed preset sheets (100 in total plus some support sheets) to the Hammond SK user group(s), as they may be useful for other users of both SKX and SK Pro keyboards, and I will also include a copy of this thank you note to Bonners. I hope the store move to the new premises in Eastbourne goes well.”
