“My Bonners purchasing experience has been fantastic. Not only is the piano fantastic, but the pre and after sales support was fantastic. The sales representative at the Reigate store, David Burt, was very helpful right from the moment I walked in the showroom. He spent time to explain and demonstrate the various Yamaha U3 pianos on display in order to assist me in deciding which one I’d like. Superb piano, great service from Bonners. Also the delivery went very smoothly and promptly. Overall I’m a happy customer. Thanks Bonners for all your help. I do not hesitate in saying that this is the place to go for great customer service.”

“I travelled from Northern Ireland to Bonners in Reigate because they offered a complete range of digital pianos to try out. I wasn't disappointed. Neither was I disappointed when I purchased a Yamaha N2 which was delivered in time and transported up a difficult flight of stairs. I had a small problem with the piano which again was sorted quickly and to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to someone looking at either a digital or an acoustic piano.”

“Visited your Eastbourne with a view to updating my keyboard as my previous Yamaha keyboard was unable to be connected to the internet anymore. The trade in price I was given was very fair and I exchanged for the keyboard in the Reigate branch where the new machine was delivered for me to pick up. Overall all a very easy and pleasant experience,.”

“The service from Bonners was faultless – the customer service provided was friendly and professional and dispatch/delivery impressively efficient. The digital piano purchased is ideal – the key action and sound quality is indistinguishable from a ‘proper’ piano, though with the added benefit of being able to turn the volume down or use the headphones late at night; and the overall size is perfect for my small lounge. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Bonners and purchase from them again.”

“Recently purchased a new digital piano having looked locally at shops to get an idea of it's performance. Bonners was the choice due to good demonstrations on youtube, helpful staff and price. The delivery and set up of the piano was first class. Can only recommend to others. Thanks”

“The usual excellence from Bonners with my purchase of a Vox AC10. All staff are knowledgeable and keen to assist without being patronising or overbearing. I all bought a pre owned Fret King Country Squire which was really well set up and restrung in their own workshop. Faultless and highly recommended.”

“Came in with the strange request of three trem springs for my guitar. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members, one of which offered to searched through the parts draws out back for me. Eventually, a pack of trem springs were found. A price was then set and double checked with a manager. Very professional service, even when dealing with my unusual request.”
