“Purchased yamaha ydp164, there was a lead time and I was informed by email that it would take 3 weeks to arrive, it was promptly shipped at that point and I was able to track my delivery, the delivery service used was great as well, the delivery guy was very polite and helpful. The package was received in perfect condition and I was able to assemble it in under an hour, great company would certainly use them again”

“After sales service very poor. Delivery was 6 weeks late (understandable given covid) but not once did Bonners call to advise me tell me what was happening. I had to phone them (4 or 5 times) and on every occasion was given a new date which came and went. Post delivery I had a basic query which they couldn't answer. I was promised a return call which never came.”
