“Ordered a Yamaha Montage6 Limited Edition at a price far better than anyone else was selling at. Great service and the keyboard arrived next day. Tony advised that they keyboard action would be better than on my current MODX keyboard and he was 100% correct. The Montage is a wonderful synth (in my opinion!!)”

“I never write reviews, however... Very professional, friendly and approachable staff. Never been to a Piano Shop/showroom and felt so relaxed and could just focus on what I needed to buy without feeling pressured by sales people. They respected my experience I already have with pianos and gave excellent advice only it was needed. Choosing a piano or any instrument is a very personal experience that shouldn't be interrupted every 5 seconds. This is probably the only shop I'd go back to and trust me I've visited a lot over the years. Staff are down to earth and not patronising or anything. I dealt with Tim at Milton Keynes store and he was amazing, great guy and easy to talk with, so was everyone else there the 3 times i visited the same store (was a tough choice in picking the right piano for my needs but third time lucky). I purchased a Nord Grand and speakers, obviously its Nord so the quality is high end. Everything was delivered much faster than expected and all perfectly done. First time in my life I can say i had such a great experience shopping for an instrument.”

“Recently bought a Kawai NV10 digital piano and absolutely love it. Oli - at Bonners in Milton Keynes - was the perfect salesperson. Gave me the information I needed, made me feel comfortable and relaxed about trying them and then left me to it but was on hand immediately when I wanted to ask him something. He was patience personified when I took all afternoon to decide! Butler Smith removals (Rob and Tim) delivered and took away my old upright - excellent job from start to finish.”

“Recently purchased a second-hand Yamaha Clavinova CLP265GP digital baby grand. Absolute top-notch immaculate condition instrument looking fantastic in the lounge (even the wife doesn't mind it!). Not stopped playing it for days (like being a kid again). As you'd expect, solidly built, keyboard action fantastic, sound rich and fully bodied, feels and sounds just like a real grand piano at a fraction of the price. Very pleased, feel like i've acquired an absolute bargain. Great advice and customer service from Olly in the shop. Purchase process smooth, went in shop by chance on a Friday, saw the instrument, bought it and had it delivered very promptly by the following Tuesday.”

“I traded two guitars to purchase a US Cabronita Telecaster along with a ‘70’s Custom. I was given plenty of time to try a number of instruments without pressure before making my choice. The guitars were set up before I left the store to my requirements with fresh strings. The team at Bonners are highly professional at all times especially at this difficult period. They could do with a coffee machine though ! Highly recommended.”

“From my first call to Bonners for advice about choosing the best digital piano for my needs, through purchase, delivery and follow up advice Bonners have been professional and efficient. “My gorgeous piano arrived today yaay!I looked for a place to buy it for a long time and I’m so happy I came across Bonners.Not only they’ve got very good prices compared with other music stores out there but the delivery was way sooner than I expected,just a few days.Can’t recommend them enough!Thank you so much Bonners!I’ll definitely come back and order some accesories for my piano soon!💖”

“I can't praise Bonners enough. Lots of keyboards to try out, and friendly advice from Tim (at MK) to help me choose the piano I wanted. Help during selling is one thing, but what makes a truly great service is what happens when problems occur, as did with my piano, and although the problems were of my own making and the manufacturer, Bonners stepped up to the plate and helped me resolve them. As I found out from experience before I ever went to Bonners, there is no substitute for personal hands-on testing of pianos and keyboards, and while there is a large piano showroom where I live in Nottingham, this local showroom only had a few digital pianos and it was very worthwhile taking the extra time to travel to Milton Keynes so I could try out a lot more.”

“My husband and parents bought me a piano from Bonners for my birthday. Everyone they have spoken to or dealt with has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Today, Rich and Tomas delivered and set up my beautiful new piano (Kawai CN39). They set it up in record time, arrived when they said they would and were so friendly and warm. Clearly they enjoy delivering the happiness that comes with a new instrument. Communication has been excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bonners and thier exceptional delivery service.”

“Emma was very helpful with my initial enquiry and within a couple of emails I ordered the GP607, including arranging finance which was super-easy. Price was best I could find and delivery took about 2 weeks from point of order which was quicker than I expected given current crisis. I recognised the Bonners brand so was re-assured by that. The piano was delivered on time and set-up by two helpful chaps, respectful of all distancing measures etc, within 20 mins, taking all the packaging away and leaving a lovely, shiny piano. Everything is perfect - I was never worried by not having actually demo'd the piano itself as all the reviews give it 10/10 so felt confident it was a solid Roland offering. I look forward to spending many hours with this over the coming months and years.”

“Terrific company. Bought a new piano from here and even during the covid pandemic their service was just impeccable. Had a lovely long and detailed convo online with Amanda who took me through every step of replacing my ancient Yamaha CVP with a much newer and shinier Kawai. Terrific, practical advice and excellent professional delivery and installation by Tom on the day. Use these guys to buy your new instrument!”
