“I purchased the Korg Nautilus 88 in August and have been delighted with the Keyboard. Bonners Music was so helpful and gave me a competitive part exchange on my Hammond SK 73. “Although I am far from a competent musician I needed to replace my over 30 year old Roland digital piano which had seen my son through to grade 8 and became a professional musician! Seeking an appropriate digital piano for me without spending a fortune I searched online for ideas. BonnersMusic web pages attracted my attention with the detailed information and excellent review videos with comparisons of similar makes. Having narrowed down my wish list, I contacted BonnersMusic by email. I received, promptly, a factual helpful response from which I made my decision. Having decided on the "Gold" delivery I needed to wait a few weeks for a slot but staff I spoke with were always helpful, understanding and easy to talk with. The delivery team were first class, arriving at the time stated and efficiently constructed the new piano, taking all packaging and ensuring I was happy with the service provided. I am very pleased to have chosen BonnersMusic and from my experience would not hesitate to write this positive feedback. It made the whole experience a pleasure - now with my new piano to bring hopefully many more years of musical enjoyment! Thankyou!”

“We ordered a Rowland keyboard, stand and accessories which were duly delivered with updates of delivery day and times. Upon opening, the stand was damaged. After contacting the store they immediately sorced a new one which was replaced and personally delivered by the store staff a couple days later after the weekend. Wonderful very friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you”

“Visited their Reigate store looking for a digital piano. Plenty of pianos to try and Emma was great at explaining the differences between the brands and specs/cost. Then left us alone to try them. Ordered a Kawai online on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning.”
