“Yamaha Clavinova CLP 835R: I enquired about purchase having seen a lower price than advertised by Bonners. A short check (by a very pleasant lady at the Eastbourne branch) and I was offered a price match. I purchased the digital piano on-line on Sun 03 Mar 2025. It was delivered as a flat pack into my house (ground floor) by courier the following Wed am. I assembled it in a couple of hours with brief help from a friend lifting the main unit from the strong cardboard packing case and was playing the fabulous Bosendorfer sampled sound minutes later. All in all a great experience.”

“Ordered on the website Casio PX-S7000. Delivery next working day as planned. I've not contacted the shop as this was an online order. BUT should have gone to the shop first to try the keyboard. Having put the stand together and used the keyboard for a couple of days I've now taken it apart and put it in a cupboard. Offering it to music students for £500. Compared to my upright acoustic it is very poor. Maximum useable to Grade 1 classical. Two main problems: not touch sensitive and keys (pivot point) far too short make it unuseable.”

“My customer experience with Bonners Music has been remarkable. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. The range of in-stock instruments at multiple price points is impressive. I found the check out process easy. I was kept in the loop with my order delivery via a package tracking app . Even the delivery men were pleasant and handled the piano with care. From start to finish the purchase of my PXS7000 with matching stool has been an enjoyable experience.”
