“My friend and I visited your store in July this year, we travelled from Hertfordshire we were made very welcome and were shown all the keyboards which we were interested in by a very nice salesman Greg Fraser, nothing was too much trouble for him.”

“Bonners offered me a very good price for trading in my digital piano for an upgrade. I had good advice both on-line and then at the store. Customer service is second to none: this is the second time I've traded in a digital piano for another model. The delivery and assembly service is most efficient, with personnel courteous and helpful and prompt. I'm very happy with my Roland LX7, and would recommend Bonners to anyone. I wouldn't use any other company now. Try them.”

“I received a outstanding service from the staff at Bonners during the whole process of finding and purchasing my keyboard. I cannot remember the name of the lady who mostly looked after me (which I greatly regret!) but I must say that she is an absolute credit to you. She gave of her own time after the store closed while she solved issues that we faced with organising finance, and then not only delivered the item to me but also carried it up to my flat (I live in a third floor flat!). She was patient through the whole process and always wanting to help. I could not praise her efforts enough and am so grateful for her help. Thank you for making the whole experience very enjoyable.”
