“After one quick phone call to Bonners i bought a new CVP 709 part exchanged my older CVP and got finance, A one stop shop with professional staff and service that puts the customer first rather than the product. If you want anything music Bonners is the go to place.And they deliver for free.”

“I simply could not be happier or more blown away by how far above and beyond that Jackie White at Bonners Music went on my behalf. I contacted them by email, and was interested in purchasing a full size upright digital piano (Kawai CS11- _fantastic_) - and here's the kicker - for export to Iceland (not something anyone typically does in this situation). Jackie researched all tax, shipping, export, warranty and price incentives and details on my behalf and saved me hundreds of pounds and dozens of hours. The attention to detail and positive pro-active customer service is top notch. I would be happy to go out of my way to do further business with Bonners and Jackie any time.”

“You did very well. The young sounding sales chap talked the hind legs off a donkey, but convinced with a very good deal. The arrangements for delivering and taking part exchange were on the whole very good but the transport company got its knickers in a twist and tried to tell us we weren't at home on the wrong day and I had to ring for reassurance. I did buy without seeing or hearing the instrument but it was very well received by the choir. WE used it almost immediately in a high level concert to very good effect as continuo instrument.”

Many thanks for the SLG200s , she gets gigged regularly at the moment and is receiving really good comments the tone and playability is first class Many thanks to Myke for your first class help and advise . “Bonners is a favourite Music store of mine. The information I get is always accurate and the staff are very helpful. I looked forward greatly to getting the Nord Piano 3, and I was in no way disappointed. The action is brilliant, and the sounds just awesome. I can say there is nothing in any way missing from the service from Bonners, and I am delighted with their excellent, courteous and supportive service.”

“I was experiencing loss of sound in the left speaker of my Yamaha Tyros and so I ordered a new sub-woofer cable which was dispatched promptly. It is a good quality cable and I've had no further problems.”

“The service was very good,and the guitar excellent,and it arrived in a hard case.The only problem I do have is that the action could be easier being I'm an older guitarist ,and I did contact another Martin dealer and asked if they could help.They stated that the problem could be corrected,but only by the supplier otherwise guarantees could be compromised,and being I bought it on line it could not be set up for me.”
