“After initial online search and discovery, very good customer service through the ordering process. Also good follow up when there was a problem with the delivery schedule from the manufacturer. Good communication is the key and this was excellent.”

“We went along to Bonners to purchase a keyboard/piano for our 8 year old who has just started to have piano lessons. Having looked on the internet we were not sure where to begin. Luckily we we're greeted by Amanda Jones who took us through the various ranges from Yamaha, Kawai, Roland & Casio. Our son had his music book with him so had a go on each one, Amanda was so lovely she played the accompaniment & spent ages with us. My husband was reluctant to spend too much thinking it would be a five minute wonder... so Amanda showed us the Casio Celviano AP-250 which was on special offer and came with a stool & headphones, our son was happy & so was dad, it wasn't until we had paid & Amanda gave us her card that we realised she was actually the Manager & I'm sure there was probably more important things she could of been doing - but thank you so much for her time & patience.”
