“It has always been a dream of mine to own a Grand Piano and having decided to take the plunge I could not have wished for a better service. From the start Bonners were professional, courteous and honest. Bonners excelled with their customer service and I never felt under any obligation or pressure; they even went above and beyond to help me to reach my final piano decision. Overall, the experience has been tremendously exciting and achieved without any glitches. A massive thank you!”

“Excellent service by phone. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and prompt answers to queries. There was a slight mix up with the processing of the order which delayed delivery by a day. However, I was contacted by a member of the team to explain this and update delivery date. Excellent all round.”

“I thought I'd have to order the parlour guitar but the guy who dealt with me thought there was one in stock. He agreed that it could be sold at the 'old' price rather than the price now on the manufacturer's website. As I couldn't take it with me it was kept for me to collect later.”

“I had a part exchange, Bonnersmusic were so very helpfull from arranging transport for my part/ex to receiving my new Piano, no hassle,no sweat,I was guided from start to finish.Although I live many miles from their shop it seemed they are on hand to help if needed.I will be using Bonnersmusic again for anything musical if I want to change my setup// P. “Excellent service! Delivery was made exactly as advised when I placed the order, even though the distance from Eastbourne to where I live (just north of Newcastle upon Tyne) is over 300 miles! “Visited Bonners to purchase a guitar for my son's 21st birthday was looking for something special. The staff were fantastic very helpful in suggestions and gracious in giving us plenty of time to play different guitars and choose our favourite even helping us get a suitable amplifier. Their service meant I was able to buy my son a wonderful gift for his birthday that was greatly appreciated and is constantly played!”
