“First class service. I’d never dealt with Bonners before until I enquired about a top end PRS. The service was better than any music shop I’ve ever dealt with. They spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions thoroughly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery was exactly as promised too. The guitar was absolutely perfect... brilliant!”

“Very pleased. Sales chappie left me to look around after an initial approach. When I needed help, I asked. I gave him my wish list and he selected the right keyboard/piano for me. Went back a fortnight later for the stand.”

“Everything was done on line, but the staff were very helpful, friendly and responded very quickly to all my questions. I'm thrilled with my new Clavinova CLP-645 which arrived within 24 hours of me placing my order. Unpacking and assembly was straightforward, following the comprehensive instructions included in the manual. I've now had it about a couple of months, I'm playing it every day that I'm at home and the instrument is exceeding my expectations. I just wish I were a better pianist, but I'm making progress!”
