“Good service in the shop but we had to chase as their warehouse seeded to loose order. Then poor delivery having sent piano by standard delivery company that needed help getting piano out of the van contrary to what was agreed. Luckily help was found on the day.”

Dear Allen, Thank you for your review. I was very surprised to read that we sent your piano with a standard courier, rather than with our own team, given your proximity to our store, so I immediately looked into the reason for this. It appears that this was a mistake by our despatch team and it should not have happened. Our sales team had specifically requested a Bonners delivery, rather than a courier, but this instruction was missed, and I am really sorry. You should not have had to help get the instrument out of the van - it shouldn't even have been on that van! “I bought a Yamaha NU1 from Bonners Musics. It was dispatched and delivered quickly, and brought into my house and set up for me by the deliverymen, who also took all the packaging away with them. So it was ready to go straight away! The best part of dealing with Bonners is their customer service, particularly Tom. They negotiated a price with me and offered to swap some of the accessories that came with the piano for different models. After purchasing the piano, I noticed it was on sale somewhere else. I brought this up with Tom and he offered to match that lower price and immediately refunded me the difference, without me even having to ask! Really great service, and an absolutely awesome instrument.”

“Amanda Jones dealt with us and was helpful pleasant and accommodating. The whole experience was without problem or difficulty AND the LX17 is the best purchase we have made in many a year. We researched the three top contenders within our budget with the help of Bonners' online review by Tony and other reviewers. All informed our decision making; we are delighted with our choice of digital piano and retail supplier.”

“Instrument fine disappointed the bag provided was a generic bag for an 88 note keyboard and not a korg 73 one or at least one that fitted the instrument. Spoilt an otherwise satisfactory purchase”
