“Very pleased with the service I received from Bonner's and of course the Roland BK-7m which happens to be my 2nd! I bought a new one in 2011 and sold it in 2014, but it wasn't long before I regretted this so I just had to have one again, glad I did, I love them.”

“Considering the distance from Eastbourne (Trowbridge Wilts) the company were good enough to consider my wish to exchange items against the Nord Electro 5D! Having been offered a very fair price mad it possible for me to invest in the Nord. I have to say that I am really enjoying the instrument, even though at 80 years of age the Nord is not the easiest to understand and use! Thanks to Bonners for reviving my flagging interest!”

“I wanted to purchase a guitar for my niece (one up from a beginner), and was really pleased to find the Epiphone Hummingbird. I knew she'd love the appearance, so my next question was how would it play? Being a guitarist all my life I was sceptical. I needn't have been, it played really well. Plus along with the service I received from Bonners filled me with confidence. I took it home and played it for a day, fitted a tuner (I had) and packed it into a great gig bag, along with the beautiful strap that I'd also purchased from Bonners: called a courier and a day or so later had a thrilled young aspiring Taylor Swift on Skype. Thanks Bonners. See you soon.”

“Bought a Marshall amp online and the purchasing experience was second to none. The price was very good and delivery excellent, in fact I received the amp a bit sooner than expected. All in all, a very straightforward transaction. I would not hesitate to use the company again.”
