“I just bought a digital piano from Bonners. I think the service that Bonners offers online, on the phone, and in person is exemplary. I started by watching a bunch of Tony's legendary Youtube buyers guides. They were the best / most useful / most comprehensive digital piano round ups that I could find on Youtube. So that was a great start. I then called to speak to an adviser; she really helped me to focus on the key questions I should ask myself, and narrow down my choice to a handful of models I might try out in person. It was really refreshing to talk to someone who was clearly an expert. The call wasn't rushed or 'salesy' in any way. She took a good deal of time to make sure she could advise me in the right way. Lastly I visited the showroom in Reigate. All of the 3 models I was interested in were on display and available to try out. Like the woman on the phone, the guy in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a lot of time and space to play the various models. On delivery: the piano was delivered very quickly - in a couple of days. I was called to arrange a delivery time, and there were plenty of different options. Finally, the price I paid was very competitive in the market. There doesn't seem to be any price premium in exchange for getting a brilliant pre and post sale service, so why buy from elsewhere, where you don't get the service Bonners offers? I'd recommend Bonners without any hesitation.”

“Excellent service from Bonners. Not only did they have the tuning pedal I wanted - and no other supplier local to me had- they responded to my email in the evening on a weekend! They ensured my pedal was delivered on time for my son’s birthday. Thank you !”

“Huge thankyou to Mike Edwards at Bonners music 🙏🏻 in a world where we click buttons n hope for the best or talk to voicemail robots, Mike Edwards went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver that personal service that makes your experience special, he was more than happy to share in my enthusiasm and send me pictures of all the guitars he had in stock of the model I wanted so I could look at the different grain patterns in the wood and select the very guitar I wanted by it’s serial number that he also provided ! At that point I told Mike we are go ! So he then discussed how I like the set up on my guitar and had my instrument put through the workshop at Bonners free of charge and set it up perfectly for my preference !! I’d like to thank everybody involved with my experience at Bonners you have all been amazing friendly professional and enthusiastic through every step of this process !! I gave a full star ⭐️ review!! I just wish there were more stars I could have clicked on lol 😂 I look forward to shopping with Bonners and in particular Mike Edwards in the near future. Andy mingo”

“Placed my order online via the website. Straightforward process. The communications regarding purchase, order progress and delivery were timely and good. Keyboard arrived promptly well packed in good condition. Trouble-free and a pleasure to deal with. This is how online service should be.”

“Ok deal for what I purchased….the still is of very poor quality and was broken when it arrived, also plastic clip on stand but still useable. I would say the stand was definitely damaged in transit but the stool was definitely broken when packaged. But I’m ok with the purchase and the communication was good for shipping.”

“The Epiphone Les Paul standard guitar in vintage sunburst was a present for my Son, and he could not be more pleased with it. Priced competitively and received great service throughout from Bonners. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners. First class service.”
