“Amazing instrument. After receiving the RoIand RD 800, I had an evening playing through the sounds on on board.Beautiful concert grand and Rhodes and Wurly samples..love the tone colour knob,great on the fly..The split and later features are so useful too. Been away on tour with inferior kit so can't wait to put it to the test in band situations,I'm sure it will cut through any mix..very responsive keyboard action!”

“Got a great price for my Kawai digital piano and I'm very happy with it. Service was good and the people I spoke to knew what they were talking about. The only negative is that they couldn't deliver to a different address to the billing address. I get all my other online purchases delivered to work without any trouble but this wasn't an option with Bonners which made receipt of the piano a pain. So a star knocked off for that. But otherwise recommended.”

“Service was fantastic. I purchased a drum kit online through the website. The store called me after payment to ensure that all details that I had entered were correct for delivery and gave me a delivery date. I purchased on Thursday evening and was told it would arrive Monday, which I thought was great for such a large package and without paying extra for delivery. However on the Saturday I received a text giving me an hour slot for delivery and within the time it appeared at my door. Almost next day delivery. Great service, helpful and very fair prices. Highly recommend Bonner Music.”

“I'd been looking for a new keyboard for some time. I visited Bonners Music store to have a look around and I asked lots of questions. There was no hard sell at any time just sensible, helpful answers to all my questions from the staff. I decided to buy the Roland RD 800 and a pair of M-Audio BX5 Carbon Studio Monitor speakers. The customer service was brilliant at all times. The product prices were competitive and I had same day home delivery at no extra charge. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I will definitely be doing business with Bonners again soon. Thank you guys !!”

“I'd spent a few months deciding on which model of digital piano to go for. My wife's priority was a nice piece of furniture, mine was a great piano sound and a realistic action. Had assumed I'd end up paying a bit more than I'd planned and buying a Yamaha having tried a few out - in a music shop where they only sold Yamaha!! Trip to Bonners was just a fact finding mission and it was great to try out all the Roland models (quickly struck off the list) and find out ore about the Yamahas. Then Tony pointed me at a Kawai which I presumed I'd have a go on as a way of appreciating how much better the Yamaha models were. But....WOW! Total revelation. The CA65 was such a beautiful instrument and I instantly prefered it over the way more expensive Yamahas. Gorgeous real wood keybed, a great paino sound and warm rich speaker system. It wasn't too big and had a nice walnut finish with a lid so my wife was happy. Bought it then and there. Delivery was pretty quick - within a week(ish) and the delivery guys unboxed it and set it all up in front of me. Overall - very very happy. It's quite the most lovely instrument I've played in years - beats almost every grand piano I've played. Came with a nice lidded stool and headphones but to the honest the headphones are truly awful. OK for my 8 year old practicing but I'd rather cut off an ear than use them.Only other minor minor gripe was with the music that came with the piano. I seem to have the UK model inbuilt peices and the US sheet music. If you've not tried a Kawai then do yourself a favour and get down to Bonners. You won't regret it.”

“I bought a Yamaha Digital Piano from Bonners Music. They were the only company to have the model in stock that I wanted. They delivered it to my house and assembled it. The piano was priced the best from all other companies. From start to finish everything was handled in a very professional manner. And overall quality of the highest standard. “From the moment I stepped into the store, I experienced great customer service and knowledge. They were happy to demonstrate as many as I needed them to in order to satisfy my decision on which keyboard to buy. They never pushed for the more expensive item, always leading with the keyboard best suited to sound quality, budget, space available that I had discussed with them. Even when returning to collect my keyboard later that day, the service was great with loading everything into the car for me. As with a lot of people, I do most purchases online but could not have got it this right without going to Bonners store...definitely a repeat customer!”

“Bought a yamaha NU1 piano from Bonners earlier this year. It was an ex demo so got a good price and I managed to get a good pair of headphones thrown in too. Delivered the piano when requested without any issues. It was great to go to a proper music shop and get a proper service. Thanks”
