“all items turned up on time and as arranged. some items changed as were not doing the job i had wished for. replacement products excellent as was the advice given. subsequent to all items delivered, after sales support also very good and more than expected”

“Hi Bonners music,I was in the market for an acoustic guitar but was unsure exactly what I wanted.After being totally ignored by all staff in a well known music shop in Guildford,I found bonners music shop on the internet and payed a visit!!, all you're staff I spoke to were very friendly and the guy that served me was very knowledgeable and helpful,all in all a great buying experience and a great guitar at very good value Thanks guys. “The problem was with delivery. Yodel got confused (polite way of describing their difficulty)! I had to chase .. Very helpful at where stool made and did a lot to get sorted. When I started having to find out what was being delivered and rang Bonner's you were only able to give me another number - no ownership for sale it seemed to me. I was pleased with the stool so all well but it wasn't the best sales experience because of Yodel's incompetent staff?system?management?”

Dear Joan. Thank you for your feedback and I completely understand your frustration regarding delivery. The product was sent to you directly from the manufacturer because it was built to your specifications. As a result of this we at Bonners did not have the necessary tracking information you required. I do however agree that our staff should have found out the information you required and let you know rather than passing you on to either the manufacturer or courier company. Apologies for this, and I have made sure that this type of situation should not happen again.

“I ordered online and was given s delivery date. The keyboard i ordered arrived on the day that was stated. the keyboard was delivered well packaged and undamaged. I am delighted with the keyboard and the easy way that i made this purchase with Bonners and would do online shopping with them again.”

“I rarely bother to leave feedback but Bonners music genuinely excelled. I spent hours phoning various shops trying to find a CLP585 digital piano. The few that had them in stock couldn't find a courier able to deliver even when I was offering to pay extra. Bonners Music had a CLP585 in their well stocked warehouse, sent two men in a van on a 300 mile round trip to install and set up the piano professionally. All this was provided at no extra cost. They also have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.”

“I telephoned Bonners this afternoon asking for their help as my Grandson wanted for Christmas a Fender Pro Series Strat Hardcase. I was put through to Mark. who immediately checked the stock and came back with the reply that they had one. After paying over the telephone, Mark said he would deliver it on the way home. Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with this company. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anybody. Well done Bonners.”

“I bought a Roland Digital Piano (it's fabulous) Bonner's arranged everything perfectly - right from the information given on their on-line shop, through to arranging finance and delivery to suit my individual needs. The delivery and set-up of the piano was a delight - the two delivery men were so friendly and really knowledgable about music - each being players of musical instruments - we had a great chat. I have already recommended Bonner's to my friends and family and will continue to do so.”

“Bonners Music went the extra mile to ensure that I got my Tyros 4 quickly. Bonners Music gave me a good deal including part exchange of my beloved PSR S900. I received my Tyros 4 inside a week delivered right to my door !! The sales person whom I liaised with was awesome and provided me with up to date Tyros 4 knowhow - this is invaluable to me.
