“I purchased a Kawai CS10 digital piano which was delivered in good order at the date and time promised. I opted to purchase from Bonners Music because their Delivery and warranty terms were unmatched elsewhere. Incidentally, the CS10 is a stunning piece of kit, both to look at and to play!”

“I had to wait for delivery to Bonners from Yamaha, so delivery was slowed up a bit. However dialogue between Bonners and myself was regular. The piano was delivered as promised. My husband and I put it together. It wasn't too difficult, just heavy! I am loving playing the piano and am enjoying a new hobby as I have taken up lessons again after 40 years! The piano stool top was damaged in transit, but was replaced immediately. The earphones are fine. Both of these items came free with the piano. I would deal with Bonners again without hesitation.”

“Bonners has a fantastic selection of instruments on display in a large shop. The staff are pleasant, very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. A keyboard not on display was quickly rustled up for me to test. I was also left to test a second for a considerable length of time. There was no pushiness in their sales technique but they offered financial incentives to draw me into making the purchase! Firstly, I was offered a good price for my old keyboard. On enquiring, I was told that my expression pedal was not compatible with the new one and was offered an additional sum for it. Secondly, when I mentioned I would pick up the new keyboard I was granted a further discount corresponding to the cost of shipping. When I came to collect the keyboard Tony kindly installed the additional memory and tested the unit before I took it away. Unfortunately the last expression pedal had been sold but, never mind, a demo pedal was provided as a straight swap for mine. I have since telephoned Bonners for advice regarding operating the keyboard. The telephone was answered promptly and the solution to my problem was explained clearly. Who could ask for more?”

“I am exceptionally pleased with my Roland HP508pe. It has gone beyond my expectations of a digital piano. I used to have an older HP 203 this one however is in another league of quality and performance. I hope it will bring many years of enjoyment and also help me develop as a player. 'Bonners' were excellent at sorting it out from initial query to a prompt delivery. One very satisfied customer.”

“Ooops ! Tony, you appear to have "jumped the gun" so to speak. I regret I am not yet in possession of the Yamaha CLP 585. Not, I might add through any fault on the part of Bonners music, but due to supply problems from Yamaha, it is not expected until some time next January. Date to be advised when it arrives. I have given a score of good at the moment, but would be quite happy to re-appraise this after I have possession of the instrument, and then would be in a better position to view the purchase overall. “I bought a Ventilator that was really difficult to find elsewhere and nobody was particularly helpful with regard to where I could look next. The complete opposite with Bonners though. I needed it urgently for a tour and they got it to me the next day after our phone call. They also assured me if I didn't like it, I could return it. You can't say fairer than that. Top geezers.”

“My daughter already had a smaller keyboard we had bought from Bonners some years back. She wanted a more substantial 'piano' feel with pedals but portable enough to take to new digs. After chatting with very helpful staff at Bonners I decided upon the Yamaha keyboard. It was the right size, right number of buttons and most importantly the right price. I am very pleased with it as is my daughter.”
