“The service from bonners ..music was good including communications sadly the delivery was 4 days late this was not bonners fault but the fault of the courier who did eventually send me an apology.”

Called up with a few questions about a Tele Thinline - the guy I spoke to was really helpful, explained their quality control, setup and shipping processes, and gave me the confidence to buy the Tele unseen. Guitar turned up the next day setup perfectly. Very happy customer”

“Goods ordered on Monday, acknowledged by Bonners and credit card debited immediately. No further communication until email via TNT informing me that goods would be delivered on Friday. Goods arrived as promised and well packaged. Would have given 5 stars but for indifferent customer communication (ie “You’ve taken my money - where’s my stuff?”)”
