“Brilliant, really helpful. I chose Bonners because they clearly put loads of effort in to informing customers with their YouTube videos. I'm not close enough to a showroom to visit but ordered online. The price match was great and the customer service was excellent throughout with keeping me informed of when my piano was due. Best of all, my new piano is perfect! Thank you Bonners!”

“if buying from new excellent service and delivery ,but if part exchanging the quote I was given was mean considering they were selling the same item for quadruple the price and my item was barely 4month old plus they wanted extortionate price for collection of it the item I was going to buy from them was over £3000 as you can guess I bought from elsewhere”

“I bought a Yamaha CVP 809 over the phone and I spoke to Jackie White who was very helpful, everything went smoothly. Tomas and Chris were the delivery men who delivered it and they were excellent. I would definitely recommend Bonners Music in Eastborne for their friendly and professional service.”
