“Reason for 4 stars is a simple one updates on the delivery was lacking. However I must say it did arrive (6days) and am very pleased with it. I ordered it because another company didn't treat my problem too well.”

“I ordered my Kawai CA901 from Bonners Music by phone as I live in the Isle of Wight and knew access might be a challenge. Communication was very helpful, and the delivery (pre-booked date, delivered within a morning), by 2 friendly and competent men from Bonners, went very smoothly. The piano is amazing , so authentic. I’m very pleased.”

“Superb service and communication. Even when the delivery company messed up Bonners were straight onto it and got it sorted really quickly. On top of that their prices are very competitive. I really can't fault Bonners. Oh, and the piano is excellent!”

“A while ago I bought the Martin DJRE Dreadnought Junior Electro Acoustic from Bonners. They had the guitar in stock and they had somewhere quiet and comfortable to try it out. It may not be a traditional Martin but, having played it for several months now, I can say without hesitation that it's a brilliant little guitar. Its very comfortable to play, I cannot fault the fit and finish and, best of all, it sounds just great. I've played it most days since bringing it home and I would not be without it. A great purchase from a great music shop. Thank you Bonners.”

“I genuinely can't praise Bonners Eastbourne enough. I have recently purchased a Yamaha MODX M from them, with my Montage taken as part exchange. Everything was handled so professionally and went without a hitch from start to finish, even with me changing my mind about which MODX I wanted part way through the process. Both delivery and collection (of p/x) were prompt and made with a well respected courier. This isn't the first time I've had dealings with Bonners - I have also purchased a synth from them in the distant past. I seem to remember the service back then was just as good. Highly recommended!”

“Bonners Music use a delivery company called Fed Ex. Fed ex do not give you any incline as to date or time they will deliver. Even after failed delivery on 5 occasions, I contacted fed ex on numerous times to rearrange the delivery. Each time fed ex said yes it will now come on your specified date. This was confirmed 4 times. However they retried delivery on an alternative day and now sent my piano back to the sender. Completely disgraceful delivery service your using.”

“Bonnets were brilliant and piano easy to construct. Experience was marred by TNT failing to deliver for 2 days and not giving any information or tracking but Bonners were very good at chasing and communicating whilst that was ongoing.”
