“Recently bought a piano from Bonners - had great communication with a member of staff before purchase (she was very helpful in advising me on the best model in my budget) and communication was also great after purchase. The piano arrived within days of my order. It is beautiful - my daughter has practised every day, we both couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Bonners Music!”

“If I could give Bonners a higher rating I would. I purchased a second hand guitar Saturday evening and it arrive Tuesday morning, double boxed and in a case. The guitar is literally like new still with the protective wrapping on the back covers and I can’t find a single blemish on the guitar. The set up is absolutely spot on - not a thing I need to do and new strings are a bonus. Well done Bonners, showing that good customer service and a brilliant tech team always wins. I have no doubt I will be back!”

“I purchased a Casio CDP-S110 and seperately the matching stand and stool. I am a dinosaur but prior to purchase I found the Bonners website easy to navigate. I spoke directly with Tom who I found to be friendly, most helpful and very proficient. I am delighted with the keyboard - the build quality far exceeded my expectation! The stand and stool have arrived but whilst I am rearranging furniture they remain unboxed.”

“Ordered a Yamaha Polished Ebony Piano and I have to say the service has been excellent. Can't fault the service I have received from the team. Had a slight issue with delivery, outwith the control of Bonners and they stepped up to resolve the issue which I find rare these days. Once I need a upgrade from the item I have purchased, I will have no issues purchasing from Bonners once more. Extremely happy with service that has been provided.”

“Recently purchased a Korg Nautilas from The Bonners team. Super service as expected and great comms Keeping me informed of eta. Item arrived quickly via courier and am delighted with the product. Korg do need to address the thinness of their cardboard packing though. There was a punch hole on the top of the box and no protection directly underneath within the box - the hole was directly above where the keyboard of the Nautilas sits. Also the polystyrene left end had disintegrated, probably due to the weight of the keyboard and its movement in the box. This is not a reflection on Bonners at all but thought it worth mentioning. Thanks guys!”
