“Great experience. Rang up the shop to ask for some advice and the person was incredibly generous with their time. Communication was excellent throughout, got back to me about all my follow up questions and delivery was in a timely manner. Highly recommended.”

“second hand Roland vr09 arrived in very good condition. The courier website link was not the correct link but once I found the correct link the information on the DX logistics the tracking information was good. The VR09 arrived as per the delivery E-mail DX logistics sent.”

“The problem is with the delivery. I am waiting more than a week, no information of the delivery company. It's and heavy item and somebody stayed home the whole day waiting. On the next day we simply had message it will delivered in a week. No exact info for a time slot, nothing. Terrible experience with DX”

“Can't fault bonners, they were helpful in the shop, provided insight and ultimately helped find the right piano for me. Other than a small issue ordering on the website they sorted the order and delivered on time. Express delivery was efficient and they were very friendly and knowledge!”

“I decided to purchase a Kawai K500 Aures 2 piano, but did not like the black option. Thanks to David Burt of Bonners a special order was placed with Japan and as a result, a Polished Sapele Mahogany option was successfully delivered. Throughout the process David provided support, answered numerous questions and was clearly instrumental in satisfying my wishes to own a beautiful musical instrument both in look and performance. Thank you Bonners and inparticular David Burt.”

“Phoned the shop to check out a few things on a used Epiphone Les Paul. Got a knowledgeable answer. Paid direct with shop. Ordered Saturday, delivered to Stockport on Tuesday by dedicated shop transport. First class product and service. These folks are good!”
