“The purchase of my Roland FP-90X was the first purchase from Bonner's. I usually use PMT Birmingham as they're closest to me but they were unable to match the bundle that Bonner's had on their website. The website was seamless to use, the price points were excellent and I took the plunge and ordered. Within 24 hours I had had emails confirming the order, confirming the shipment and everything was easy to do. The parcel arrived in perfect condition and work out of the box as expected. The experience with Bonner's was excellent and I'm happy to recommend them for their professionalism, their ease of doing business and the quality of their products and associated pricing. Great experience.”

“I bought a Martin guitar through Bonners. The guitar was delivered in perfect condition and much more quickly than I expected. I also had a discussion about part exchange which I didn't need in the end. All contact with the store was responded to quickly, politely and appropriately. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“Excellent service. I e-mailed about a guitar that wasn't in stock because Bonners had the best price and I was encouraged by other reviews. They informed me when it was in stock and I was able to purchase straight away. They then called me to arrange delivery. Much better than some of the faceless eStores!”
