“I would highly recommend Bonners Music to anyone. The whole experience of making enquiries about suitable pianos over the internet, on the phone, and in person at their Milton Keynes store instilled confidence that the right choice was made. Their patience and professionalism is very creditable. They have a large range of pianos in their stores, which was a bit daunting, but their help with the selection was exceptional and very much appreciated.”

“I wanted a Roland P90x and by luck I found Bonners Music on the Internet! From the moment I chose to buy it… everything proceeded like Magic in incredibly short time! I could hardly believe it after the trouble I had when I bought my small Yamaha .. The delivery was swift, and a charming TNT deliverer!”

“Very impressed with Bonners Music. I ordered by beloved Gibson Les Paul on line which was so simple and user friendly. To make sure I had done everything correctly I followed up with a call to the shop and found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. After I placed my oder I was phoned by the technician telling me he had my guitar on the bench and was doing all the final checks and discussed the best times to have my guitar couriered to me. I had a slight issue on the arrival of the guitar (probably due to the transportation) but again spoke to a team member who was super helpful and sent out a replacement part promptly. I would highly recommend them from there knowledge, support and professionalism.”

“All staff were polite and helpful when I phoned and I am very happy with the piano that I eventually received. However there was a significant delay in receiving the piano (after the date I was given when I placed the order) and no reply to the email when I enquired what was happening. I understand the delay was outside Bonner's control but I only found out about this when I chased it up by phone. The package was also delivered without a piano stool which I understand was also outside Bonner's control but again I was not advised of this in advance. The piano stool that I was then offered was different to that advertised”

“Good purchase experience let down by bad delivery. Big purchase of a digital piano. The staff excuse for non delivery is that they still knowingly use couriers that can not meet the standards that Bonners offer. Very disappointed. Split delivery. Late. No tracking. No delivery emails. Excuses from Bonners but at least they are contactable.”

Dear David, Thank you for your review, and our sincere apologies for the poor service you experienced from the courier. As a result of this and a few other recent reports, we actually took the decision yesterday to stop using the courier in question and will be using an alternative provider from today onwards. I'm very sorry that you didn't receive our automated shipping information email - it was definitely sent to the email address on your account, so it's possibly in your spam? I hope this didn't cause you too much inconvenience. In response to customer feedback, we have actually now changed our courier from the one we used to ship your piano, and this new courier sends additional tracking info and email confirmation as part of their service, so this should provide a much improved delivery experience for future customers - and yourself if you choose to buy from us again!
