“After much deliberating I decided to upgrade my digital piano. Having watched lots of Bonner's online video reviews which were excellent, and to see lots of other very good reviews, I decided the only place I wanted to go to was Bonners when making such an expensive purchase. My initial contact was Amanda, she gave me excellent non-biased advice, from my first enquiry right the way through to the delivery. There was no hard sell or persuasive techniques, just very good sound advice from someone who knows her stuff and genuinely seemed to want to help make sure I was buying the piano that I wanted. I ended up purchasing the Casio GP-400 which I am extremely satisfied with. On delivery, the chaps came all the way to Newport (South Wales), arrived pretty much on time and had the piano built in no time, absolute troopers! If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. Thanks so much!”

“The staff at Bonners are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. In the end, the product purchased had to be returned due to manufacturing faults by Hammond, but this was outside the control of Bonners, and in fact they did everything they could to put things right. So I would highly recommend Bonners music, but I wouldn't recommend Hammond products, the build quality is simply not good enough.”

“The friendly and helpful staff made the purchase of our grandson's first electric guitar amazing. To say all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable would be an understatement. We had a problem with the guitar and amp and returned for advice. It was found the cable had been damaged accidently by the user and the guitar was fine. Despite this, the guitar was checked and tuned. We anticipate this is a start of us using Bonners for other grandchildren. The offer concerning the guitar and amp was brilliant and could not be ignored. The enthusiasm of the staff and music teaching staff is brilliant. Many thanks to you all for your time, skill and patience.”

“We have been very pleased with the purchase of our Yamaha P125 Portable Piano from Bonners and we have had a lot of pleasure from playing it already. It was an upgrade from a beginner's keyboard. “All the sales people we dealt with when choosing our electric piano in Bonners of Eastbourne were very helpful and could actually play for us which was a great help as we don't play ourselves, and as this was to be a secret 21st birthday gift for our son we wanted to make sure we chose wisely. We listened to all the different makes in our price range and were encouraged to feel the different keyboard actions which although not being players ourselves still gave us a sense of how realistic they felt compared to acoustic piano's in the showroom. In addition to the perfect environment for testing and choosing, the delivery service was excellent and the prices were very competitive too. Bonners also film very good reviews of the pianos on youtube.”
