“Outstanding from the first point of contact. Knowledgeable staff at Eastbourne who gave a great deal of time to help me choose between two keyboards. Apart from the two keyboards I came to try, there was a great array of other keyboards available - and the guitar and amp section in the adjoining room was pretty spectacular too. As well as the syths and electric pianos, there were many pianos in store for perusal. I ended up coming home with one of the keyboards I came out to try. Highly recommend this store for the help and expertise, and the all round atmosphere of the store which was terrific from the moment I arrived. I had a few queries to sort out post-purchase which were also dealt with professionally. Thoroughly recommend - worth the trip to visit and chat through everything you need to discuss and then try what you want to try for as long as required.”

“I purchased a new Yamaha CLP875PE digital piano last November from Bonners in Reigate. It was my first time in a piano showroom and being a relative novice (12 months playing at that point), I had no idea what to expect, especially with such a wide range of instruments available to choose from, where do you even begin to start? I had a budget in mind and after a good chat with Emma at Bonners, she gave me a good overview of the instruments in and around my budget and then gave me the time and space to test the instruments, there was no pressure or hard sell at all which I really appreciated. I was in the showroom for around 2 hours trying all the different pianos, finally narrowing it down to two options, however i kept going back to the Yamaha CLP875, it had the most realistic feel to me when comparing this to my teachers Yamaha acoustic piano and the sound quality is just exceptional with and without headphones. There's also a whole host of other piano voices and features to choose from, more than enough for me and the Smart Pianist app adds another level of functionality with many advanced features to fine tune the piano to your personal preferences if required, although I've kept everything in the default modes for the time being. You can also stream your music through the piano or play along to your favourite tunes, the sound quality is such high quality. So I'm 5 months in now, the honeymoon period should be over right? No not at all, I absolutely love playing this piano, I'm playing everyday and I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I've ever made, I get so much pleasure from learning and playing this piano, I just wish I'd taken up piano years ago! Thanks again to Emma and Bonners for their excellent service and support, from purchase to delivery everything was top notch. Best wishes Dave.”

“Ordered a Kawai CN301 from Bonners last Thursday. I had called the day before to find out about the delivery process and the information I received was very helpful. It was despatched next day and arrived via DX on the following Tuesday . Was kept informed at each stage and very pleased with the service I received. Wiil definitely buy from Bonners in the future. Great experience.”
