“My customer experience with Bonners Music has been remarkable. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. The range of in-stock instruments at multiple price points is impressive. I found the check out process easy. I was kept in the loop with my order delivery via a package tracking app . Even the delivery men were pleasant and handled the piano with care. From start to finish the purchase of my PXS7000 with matching stool has been an enjoyable experience.”

“We purchased the Yamaha CVP909 polished Ebony on 17th December 2024 and it was delivered on January 6th 2025. We understood the delay because of Yamaha closedown for the Christmas holiday. Bonners did everything to push for delivery from Yamaha for us and we received excellent customer service. We traded in our Yamaha CVP309pm and received an excellent trade in price too which we were delighted with. The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled the new CVP 909 piano were very helpful and took great care not to scratch the new piano or damage anything in our small music room which houses a classical organ, and 2 other pianos plus an entertainment organ. Very impressed with the quality of service. (my wife is extremely fussy as to her instruments and the care of). The CVP 909 is an excellent instrument and we are well pleased with it. My sister, a professional pianist, composer and musical director, Is very impressed with the CVP 909 and despite her owning her own beautiful acoustic grand. She has been around to us to play the CVP 909 several times even overcoming her distrust of digital pianos. She has plans to use the CVP 909 to record her own compositions as soon as she has the time. She is very impressed with the Bosendorfer voicing. My wife finds the touch screen menus very helpful and soon found her way around the various menus. We will definitely keep Bonners in mindfor future musical projects and instruments. Thanks Bonner for your excellent service.”
