“A great experience! I was sent the wrong headphones by mistake, so I emailed Bonners to let them know. I received the right headphones the very next day and was told I could keep the ones sent to me by mistake! Inevitably, things will sometimes go wrong in any business, so the way a business responds when they do is what really matters. In this case, I think Bonners went above and beyond. They were excellent and have won themselves a very happy return customer.”

“Delivery was on schedule, and delivery team were very helpful, and friendly. Communication, and after sales service very good indeed. Piano stool with slight fault was replaced with no quibbling. Would definitely recommend Bonners, and shop with them again.”

“Fantastic service, called the workshop after ordering and they explained the guitar setup and dispatch process, called me and left a voicemail the day it was due to arrive with an ETA. Guitar arrived immacculate and even perfectly in tune and ready to play. I’m new to Bonners but won’t go anywhere else next time. Thanks!”

“Amazing company. I bought my first ever piano based on Bonners youtube reviews. They were spot on. Purchase was a breeze. The delivery was great. I missed the delivery the first day thinking it would have to be done on the next day. But the driver was very kind enough to do a second try on the same day. So my piano was delivered the day before Jubilee weekend.”
