Overall I'm happy with their service, but it would be good if they could explain things more simply and concisely to aid those of us who aren't experts! It's a complicated issue for those of us who aren't au fait with voip, fibre, copper etc - and let's face it unless you're in the business, it's all a bit technical until you have your first experience of it. I have had issues with our service from bOnline over the years I've been with them, usually because of things which aren't necessarily to do with them (although the router they sent wasn't really up to the job needed in our building), and they've had to deal with OpenReach on my behalf, but things get resolved eventually. The staff are as helpful and patient as they can be, but it's frustrating having problems they (and I) can't understand!

Shameez was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After I explained the issue that we were having she offered us an option which I had never heard of before which would also include a new replacement for the old Zytel router that we have. Looking forward to seeing if this brings the improvements of better wifi connectivity and less internet dropouts than we have been experiencing recently.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Adam Basha on the B Online customer service helpline, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he answered the call, Adam was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to carefully listen to my issue, explained everything clearly, and guided me through the steps with ease. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and positive energy — it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
