The call I had today from Keagan was spot on he answered all my questions except when I can get an engineer out in a no nonsense & articulate way Keagan has helped me get set up with a temporary fix until I can get an engineer out for fiber which enables me to crack on with my business. Most companies have botts this ones got humans willing to go that extra mile. 👍

The staff are always polite and super helpful. They do take a proactive approach as well, contacting customers when plans can be changed/upgraded including when savings can be made.

Overall I'm happy with their service, but it would be good if they could explain things more simply and concisely to aid those of us who aren't experts! It's a complicated issue for those of us who aren't au fait with voip, fibre, copper etc - and let's face it unless you're in the business, it's all a bit technical until you have your first experience of it. I have had issues with our service from bOnline over the years I've been with them, usually because of things which aren't necessarily to do with them (although the router they sent wasn't really up to the job needed in our building), and they've had to deal with OpenReach on my behalf, but things get resolved eventually. The staff are as helpful and patient as they can be, but it's frustrating having problems they (and I) can't understand!

Service so far seems good, i like the fact they offered a 5 day trial so we got to test it. Does everything we need. Chelsea then said we can getv further free support with an on boarding specialist to walk us all through the features... Me and one colleague both signed up, £14pcm, not too bad I dont think Rodney - Margate Digital

Ahqueel was great at answering all my questions and helping guide me through the platform, highlighting even more features I didn’t know were included in the package. Glad I opted for beonline as it makes small businesses appear more professional with it’s call flow features, whilst also being very scalable with business needs.
