“Byrons help today was outstanding,I am and was absolutly clueless and in a real meltdown,I thought I had broken the whole system!!To be fair we may have!!Byron calmed me down,said he would sort us out,and then with the utmost patience and good humour,calmly talked us through what to do and waited patiently while us numpties did it,and reported back what the next screen or button was to push or do!Anyway if I could leave 10 stars I would!!Our number getz ported on 4th aug,if today is and the day I signed up with Ms Stirling,which was just as reassuring,I hope to have a long customer relationship for many years with bOnline,fingers crossed that BT can get the porting day and times right from this end !!Thanks again Byron you was our guardian angel today,during a stressful few days,its much appreciated xx”
