“I sent you an e-mail last week saying that I was unhappy with my purchase - the item I received is a different colour to the one I expected. I asked for your comments but so far I have heard nothing. It's quite annoying to receive this survey when I'm waiting for a response to a complaint. On the plus side, the delivery was quick and efficient, however.”

“I placed my order by 'phone on Wednesday I was awarded a 15% discount, delivery was promised for the following Friday i.e 2 days later. I did indeed receive delivery on Friday morning at approximately 8.15 a.m which meant I didn't have to stay in all day waiting for it. Customer service in my opinion was second to none, an absolute pleasure dealing with Bohemia and would not hesitate in recommending this Company to anyone Many thanks. Joan Dale.”

“Gorgeous gorgeous handbag. Lovely slate 'elephant' grey. I wanted it for ages. The leather is really stunning. Moved into it straight away. Discount and extra 15% off nudged me to buy. Is a present to self for doing tax returns! It arrived within a couple days of ordering. Great to be able to pay through PayPal so no problem scrabbling for bank card In order to make payment. Can therefore happily shop at Bohemia on Ipad in the middle of a sleepless night.”

“I LOVE the jewellery and bags from Bohemia and had waited to purchase in their amazing sale -I had a few questions about a few products so called the store in Edinburgh -Alison was extremely helpful. The order arrived swiftly ,within a few days .Unfortutnelty the bag I ordered wasn't quite what I needed for everyday use . I sent it back and received a reply from my email that it had arrived back to the shop and regarding the refund.
