We have tracked your order with Royal Mail and received the following response: Status: Delivery attempted A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RU576366019GB in CZECH REPUBLIC before 08:11 on 16/12/14. If the addressee does not collect it or make an arrangement to have it redelivered, it will be returned to the sender in the UK. My Babouche slippers arrived in Sydney this morning after 9 days travelling from beautiful Edinburgh (know it well having been brought up in Alnwick). I am sure once my friends have seen my exotic slippers they too, will join the Babouche fan club. They are the best and most comfortable slippers you could ever wish for and perfect for travelling and the colours are wonderful. Thank you again and I wish you all a very Happy Xmas and Hogmanay. “Delivery really quick, and I liked the way the scarves were wrapped , good quality, however, one arrived with a nasty rust mark, I know perhaps I should have sent it back, but had no time, did however manage to clean it after two washes and a bit of 'vanish' Would have tapped the five star otherwise.????”
