“The online version was really easy to use and allowed creativity. There were some real hiccups with the first orders however, the team couldn't have been more helpful and resolved the problem immediately. The final products were beautiful!”

“We created a photo book of our two week holiday. It was easy to use the software to do it and the end result is excellent. The quality of the paper, the sharpness and the colour of the images and it was delivered on the day said. We have already got our second Bob Book underway and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“I would normally give Bob Books a 5*rating. However, on this occasion I had a difficult experience with a member of the IT support team . She was not able to solve my problem with my imac but refused to refer me to a senior colleague for help.I phoned back the following day and spoke to Richard who is always fantastic and his advice was excellent.”

Dear Susan, I am sorry that the first person that you were in contact with was not able to help you. We do have an after hours support team and unfortunately, they cannot always offer the best level of support like our 9-5 staff can. “The quality of the photos and book itself were great. The book was delivered in record time which was really great as it arrived just in time for the celebration it was made for. The only problem was the background colours: they came out differently in the book than what I thought I had chosen in the online application. Nevertheless I will try to find out what happened and I will definitely use Bob's Books again. Thanks for a great service!”

“Still impressed with the quality & flexibility - especially like the 'lay flat' format enabling photo t be spread across a double page without loss. Prices are high, but justified. Glad to see you've gone over to Parcelforce as DPD were very difficult to deal with.”

“The options are many for creating books in particular. The finished quality of books, cards and canvas wall hangings is what you want. Shipping charges are the same for international as they are for domestic locations. It just takes 1 to 2 weeks longer.”
