“I really enjoy the creativity of making my photo books and I like the individuality allowed by Bob Books. The optional layouts and the freedom to change them inspires me and I love adding the backgrounds and making my own decisions about the text boxes. My only reservation is that inspite of being sent discount codes I have not been able to discover where to apply them.”

“As a creative professional, I love the fact I can design my Photobooks in Adobe InDesign. Bob Books have a simple plugin and PDF preset. This removes the stresses of artworking for print. So I can concentrate on the most important part, and what I love most, the photos. I love the selection of Photobook sizes, paper choices, and silver halide printing option. I love the fact I can simply publish my Photobooks for friends and family members to purchase seamlessly. After experimenting with various Photobook suppliers, and with over a decade of experience in the creative industry, I can honestly say the quality, colour accuracy and service is second to none. And what's more, I love that you get all of this at an extremely competitive price. The only thing I'd love to see is a matte paper or matte lamination cover option. But this is a minimal niggle on an otherwise exceptional experience all round. I love Bob Books and would no longer look anywhere else.”

“I found the Mac editor comprehensive with endless options - but it worked well with the photo library and I was pleased with the composition of the book. As a default the editor enhanced the photographs and in the printed book I felt they were over enhanced. Maybe selecting a better paper quality would have helped, but for the price paid I was surprised the print quality wasn't better. Not sure if I would use again - shame Apple has withdrawn its print service!”

Regarding the editor, you can always turn off the Automatic Image Corrector in the software if you prefer to not have your pictures edited. Additional help on this can be found here: https://www.bobbooks.co.uk/help-and-info/article/what-is-the-automatic-image-correction-tool I also noticed that your book was ordered using our Classic paper. That paper is the most standard one that we have and is also the most subtle one. If you were looking for a more premium paper, I would suggest trying one of our layflat options. “I use Bob Books Photographic Glossy Lay Flat books for post holiday memories. Yes they are expensive but they are worth every penny. To see your memories come back alive in vivid deep detail and displayed so beautifully - they pictures look even better than how you remember it all.”

“I have previously used apple books but these are no longer available and switched to BOB books but the quality is nowhere near as good. App was easy to use. Disappointed with quality will not use again.”

“As far as I can tell this is the best site to prepare absolute best quality medium to large scale photo books for personal or commercial purposes. To date I have produced 7 separate books, primarily for my personal library each of which came through without any error on the production side. The price is not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the company is relatively easy to work with when you need help or issues do arrive.”

“Bob Books allow you to arrange your own photographs to make a unique book that you can look at again and again and feel proud to show to your friends. You can use it as a reminder of a recent holiday, a historical family album or a book to help illustrate your particular hobby (apart from photography). These books are easy to make and the programme contains many "safety" features to prevent you making mistakes. Once the software has been completed and the order placed the printed article is sitting in your eager hands within one week. I am immensely proud of the thirteen Bob Books that I have made so far and they sit in the shelf by my work station, but not for long, I tend to review one each day as I eat breakfast.”

“What a fabulous PHOTOBOOK!!! It was easy to make - with a variety of features to choose starting from themes, and including backgrounds, layouts and page finishing too. Easy to use app. Really pleased with the end product - looked better than I expected. and arrived on time - even in short notice. (Thank you so much :) ) in excellent secure packaging. Really happy with my purchase worth the money. Will definitely recommend and will be using again.”
