“I Have little computer experience, and a fairly basic knowledge of how to do things like word processing. However, after trying other online photo book services unsuccessfully, i did a bit more research and decided to upload bobbooks. Fantastic. I find it straight forward, and after producing an excellent momento for my bridesmaid (my trial run for my own wedding album) i’m speeding through my next bobbooks project!”

“Colours not representative of photos. Returned to Bob Books, having heard nothing for 10 days had to call to determine status, only to be advised that no action had yet been taken. Photos will be sent to lab to see if reprinting produces different results, this is expected to happen sometime next week, more than 2 weeks after I returned the book. Not really impressed though Bob Books has time enough to redeem the situation.”

I have checked with our head of customer care and there was a lot of detail in the note that accompanied your book. They have confirmed that your book, and the problems mentioned, is currently under investigation. “I've been using Bob Books for many years now, mostly to create a beautiful photographic record of my travels. I like the ease with which you can create custom layouts and include text - it is so much more flexible than other systems I have come across. Bob Books solves the problem of what to do with all of those digital photos sitting on your phone or computer.”

“Found the software very easy use and book completed successfully. However something went wrong in shipping and customer services, who were extremely helpful, reordered for me and this order came within a week. So disappointing having to chase and original order lost. Hence 4 stars and not 5.”

“Great quality and delivery was on time. I like the feature of being able to publish the album with a private link for friends and family. It meant that my Mum can see lots of photos of her grandson!”

“This was my second photo book and again I am delighted with the results. The entire process is very easy and user friendly. I am overall very pleased with the quality of my books. There is only one criticism I have:- I would like the option to remove the bar codes even if it incurred a small charge. I note that this is available for professional photographers so is clearly possible. It is also an option available with other photo book companies I have looked at.”

“We like Bob Books. You download the software, put your book together and not until the end do you upload it to the Internet. Then you can go away while it uploads. Other similar photo books seem to be an online system where you have to upload each photo one at a time which takes time to do and can be a waste if you decide the change a photo. The final product arrives very promptly and the quality is superb.”

I can see that you ordered a large book and unfortunately our turnaround times for this size will be 10-12 working days. Unfortunately, when your book was packaged, it failed quality control and therefore had to be reprinted, hence the delay. “Over the years I have tried several different photobook producers, I chose to use Bob Books because of the user friendly off-line application. There are many options available for the size, paper and layout of the book and I particularly like the lay-flat version. A really good experience all round”
