“This is the fourth time I have used Bob Books. The desktop software is relatively quick and easy to use. My books arrived slightly quicker than expected and were well packaged. The books are also very good quality and I will definitely use Bob Books again. I've given a rating of Good rather than Very Good because of the price - it certainly isn't cheap, but then again I suppose you get what you pay for.”

“I would say that compared with other providers that I have used, the quality of the photo books and calendars is good, as is the turnaround time. But Bob Books is expensive. Also I don’t find the software to be particularly user friendly.”

“Very happy with customer service. I had to telephone to ask if they could delay despatch of a photo book to me. They informed it was in the mailbag, but went to recover it and called me back to confirm. Also, this is the 4th photo book I have compiled and BB has produced: delighted with all of them and the quality of production.”

“After much delay I finally found time to create a photobook. I read lots of review on which was the best software to use and decided on Bob Books (their price was also reasonable and transparent!). Very happy with the end product and the speed of delivery. I'll defintely be using it again.”

“I found the s/w feature rich; but obviosuly more features means harder to use. Most things were intuitive. Online help wss good and seemd to be human. Print quality on the calendar seemed poor - worse than last year. Both in terms of colour and definiton.”

“I must have made at least 10 books with Bob Books and none have been a disappointment. Excellent quality, easy to make using the templates. If I get stuck I just phone in for advice ! A great company.”
